The property is beautiful, stylish, and so clean. In addition,the customer service is amazing. You need to take the shuttle to the ski lift, but it is 5 minutes and shuttles are available every 15 minutes. It was extremely easy.

Good hotel but a little far away from Lionshead and vail village

The property is improved since 2023 but still has some ways to go before it can be regarded as a great place to stay.

The staff was incredible all the way around. Front desk awesome, valet awesome, spa staff so helpful and kind. My only drawback was that the dining experience wasnt that great in the main restaurant. Service was super slow and the food was just OK. But I didn't get a chance to try the new japanese restaurant that opened up there and I heard it's great.

I will come back for sure

Great time overall. Nice hotel. Been here before. One of the hot tubs was dirty. Staff seemed afraid to talk to me.

Caution, caution, caution! The Expedia price does not include the $—resort fee and the $— parking fee. Nor other fees! Plan on paying over $$$ more than the price listed on Expedia

Beautiful location and walking distance to everything. Will definitely be back

We were told at the front desk that our room had a mountain view, but it was on the side of the building, not the backside slopes that we asked for. He changed our room to another room on the same side after a 3 hour wait. Very disappointing. Then, dinner at Gessner was an even more disappointing experience.
