I have never ever stay such a wonderful people hotel before. The staff are so welcome and when I was sad they treated me so well so I had wonderful moment theirs. I should say all Japanese people that Nicaragua is one of the best happy people who treat you like a family member. You should stay this hotel. You never regret. Thank you so so soooooooo much. We were a family of five and stayed for two nights. Hotel Baltsol was a very cute hotel. The staff was very very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and after a long day of being on our feets and siteseeing, the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would definitely stay again.

Never thought I would complain about having hot water in a Managua hotel but our room had extremely hot water but no cold in the shower. Hot was too hot to really use and could not temper it with cold. I have had other rooms and believe that most other rooms did not have this problem, so they can fix it!

It is a great place to stay with tbe family! Located in a nice area and close to many shopping centers.

My check in wasn't too smooth. Lady who met me at the gate wasn't happy to see me. She was confused and didn't know what to do with me. 15 minutes later she gave me the room she had been inspecting prior to my entry. The room still lacked the toilet paper. Small things but if you are old and sick and been on the road all day, it matters. I did like the night watchman. He provided me with bottle of water and coke at midnight when I woke up because of being thirsty. The room was very clean but the AC made every other hour the sound like if I had tractor in my room. So I woke up every other hour. In the morning when I went to the breakfast area, the same lady I met at my arrival didn't notice me at all. the night watchman was the one who did greet me with a big smile. Breakfast, gallo pinto, fried egg and 2 slices of bread was miniature but tasted OK. Only downside of a breakfast was that big SUV blocking the view to the beautiful back yard. WiFi was working good. There is an average Mexican restaurant walk distance from the hotel.

You should know, there are no queen size beds in any room. I don't know why Expedia says they have queen size but they don't. The beds are nice though.

Good place for sleeping!! But I don’t liked tv didn’t have a proper maintenance system and today not hot water for bath ! After that is very decent place I’ll go again next year thank you!!
