Wonderful hotel in a great/safe area with the national park on your door step as well as the Costenera Tower and shopping centre 15 min walk away. The hotel served a lovely breakfast and all staff were friendly and helpful and happy to hold your bags after checkout. The rooftop pool was a welcome cooldown after walking around all day and was a lovely area to relax in the evenings with amazing views. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Only downside is our room was on the busy roadfront which was noisy.

La habitación estaba en buenas condiciones sin embargo, habían detalles como Por ejemplo, hongos en los baños, secador de pelo malo, no habían puesto jabón. El área de la Piscina está bien abandonado, las fotos publicadas prometen mucho, pero la verdad es que tiene poca sombra, sillas en mal estado. Podrían hacer una buena mantención del espacio ya que tiene una vista increíble pero está bien deteriorado.

Great hotel in a beautiful part of Santiago. Hotel is very clean and modern with spacious rooms and an excellent rooftop pool with views of mountains and the city. Staff were very helpful and stored our bags securely for us. Good breakfast.

Air conditioning did not work and staff had no contingency - not even a pedestal fan! They said because it is new years day they cannot get it fixed. Our room was disgustingly hot and we had our front and rear door open just to get airflow. We decided not to complain further during our stay as it was already late and we needed to keep our bags there for 6 days which we were very grateful they could facilitate. I dont think its acceptable to have no solution to the rooms being 30C+ and given the issue was present before our check in the least they could have done is advise us so we could find an alternative!!!
