Zero ventilation from a letterbox window that could not open and a dehumidifier that has to run 24/7 and the entire room and bathroom smelt damp and lack of air.

Plain and simple and very good value for money, just what we look for.

Spacious and well maintained property

Good place to stay, ideal for what we needed, good size room and comfortable bed (if a little small). Only minor issue was the room we were in (12) had a macerator pump that kept giving out smells of the drains, may need looking at.

Great and easy accessible for a great price

Okay for working stays but for couples it’s rather awful, check in is weird as it’s all un manned and I don’t think this is advertised prior. Rooms don’t look like images in the slightest beds are rather terrible, with 1 pillow, do they ration pillows I don’t know? Car parking at the back is decent no complaints there at the present. Overall 5/10 for couples. However if I was here on work and on my own it would be a 6.5/10

Nice clean comfy accommodation

Really nice clean place to stay ,brilliant location.1 small criticism could do with a little more privacy in rooms on the right side of the building ,the rooms look directly into the windows of the buildings opposite.

Excellent accommodation at a competitive price. Superb location. Facilities are spot on .Would highly recommended.

The room was lovely and warm. There was a kettle, cups tea etc guest should be informed of this, having being informed there was a kitchen I took a flask. The stairs are very narrow, unless you are very strong you would struggle with a large suitcase. The sending of photo ID was problematic. But I would definitely stay again.

A decent stay overall. Very clean and well organised for an un-manned hotel. Bed a little on the small side, and the pillows a bit on the thick side, but otherwise very comfortable. Perfect venue if a visiting fan to the City Ground which is five minutes away.

Booked this for one night to attend an event in the city centre. It was ideal for the three of us, with adjoining rooms for a very reasonable price. Basic but clean and comfortable. Perfect for the football and cricket grounds and about a mile from the city. Shops, pubs and restaurants nearby

Really easy check in/check out! Perfect parking within walking distance to west Bridgford! A lot of amenities close by! Room was clean and had everything you need for a perfect stay!

No window coverings for the velux windows. Horrible greasey smell in the room. Thought at first someone had a chip pan going in communal kitchen. But think actually the beams had been recently painted, and it was a horrid paint smell. Paint spashes on cups. A lot of noise from other guests using communal kitchen at 5am. Full on conversation could be heard, clear as. Steps are lethal!

The place was lovely and clean and good size for 3-4 adults. Location was 10-15mins away from city centre which was great for us. Communication for checking in and Out was great and also Free parking. The only thing was sharing the sofa bed, it’s not quite a double, and our room was backed to the key collection, so we were woken up by people collecting or dropping keys off. But overall great stay and would stay again!

Excellent set up , would recommend. Just put some hardcore down in parking area please
