2023年11月末～12月頭に掛けて一人で宿泊。 何はともあれヒルトン系列なので施設は綺麗に整っていて快適。朝食も十分豪華。立地も良く、時計塔などの旧市街部分へのアクセスも早い（裏の駐車場を抜けるように移動すると良いです。回り込むとちょっと時間がかかります）。隣に銀行があるのでATMでの現金引き出しも簡単。大きいスーパーまでは少し歩きますが、ホテル出て右手に回り込んだ所に小さな商店がありちょっとした飲み物や軽食を買うのも楽です。 無料とのことでスパも利用しましたが、プールとサウナがあるだけでジャグジーのような温浴設備はありませんでした。日本人的にはちょっと残念ですが海外なのでこれはしょうがない。 チェックアウトの際に清算金額を間違われそうになりました（朝食含むプランなのに朝食代を別途請求されそうになった）が、その旨指摘するときちんと謝罪したうえで正しい金額に直してくれたので、従業員の態度が良いとむしろ好印象。全体的にスタッフの愛想は良かった。 総じて良いホテルですが、何故かWifiのスピードが異常に遅く、1.9Mbps程度しか出ない上によく切断されるので、近所の携帯ショップで新たにSIMカードを購入する必要がありました。その点さえ改善されればパーフェクトでしょう。

Das Hotel liegt am Fusse des historischen Zentrums. Es ist nicht allzu gross. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, was man den Möbeln ansieht. Ausserdem funktionierten einige Lampen nicht, zudem war die Seife leer. Das Bett war bequem und ich konnte gut schlafen. Den Pool habe ich nicht genutzt. Insgesamt hat es mir gut gefallen.

We liked Ibolya at the reception, she was very kind and helpful. The sink in our bathroom did not work, the aircon was noisy, the elevator music in the foyer was audible in the room.

The hotel is located right beside the busy highway coming into the city. The room was super hot - 26C and the controls to turn the temperature lower were not working. The breakfast was dismal: limited selection, awful coffee and the lights weren’t turned on!

Clean, quiet room, comfortable bed, close to the old town, nice swimming pool. Breakfast staff friendly and helpful. Reception staff very grumpy.

You can’t beat this hotel for a quality stay and price. The staff are friendly with a nice breakfast in the morning and good quality restaurant for an evening meal. The facilities are fantastic with a nice swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

Buena habitación o suite y la piscina y la sauna genial , pero el agua caliente en la ducha , no funcionaba bien , casi fria salía y el internet no funcionaba esta día

Central location. The staff is very thoughtful and helpful. Food was good in restaurant. East parking. Nice bar. Would stay again..

The check in was smooth and the front desk specialist was very helpful. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the citadel and we had plenty of dining options around to choose from. Great value for money given the positioning and hotel amenities.

Hotel confortavel com decoracao antiga mas confortavel. Otimo fitness mas so ligaram o ar e acenderam as luzes as 8:30.am. a recepcionista no check in ineficiente. No cafe da manha otimo atendimento

Es un hotel de paso ya viejo, y bastante descuidado, la habitación limpia pero justo junto a carretera y si se escuchaba los autos pasar.

Not what you expect from Hilton. Executive room in poor condition. Hanging plug. Telephone out of order. Curtains not in place. No bacon at breakfast. Coffee machine out of order. Personel not attentive.

Great hotel , spa amenities were wonderful. Hotel was very close to everything we wanted to see . Our rooms could have been better, tv broken and air conditioner didn’t work well but was clean and bed comfortable.

Excellent stay. The bed was the most comfortable we have had on our trip and we both had the best nights sleep yet. Room was well laid out and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was superb and well worth paying extra for.
