バスタブあり。部屋にアイロンがあったのがありがたかった。 徒歩4～5分の場所にちょっとしたスーパーがあるのも便利でした。

2023年11月末～12月頭に掛けて一人で宿泊。 何はともあれヒルトン系列なので施設は綺麗に整っていて快適。朝食も十分豪華。立地も良く、時計塔などの旧市街部分へのアクセスも早い（裏の駐車場を抜けるように移動すると良いです。回り込むとちょっと時間がかかります）。隣に銀行があるのでATMでの現金引き出しも簡単。大きいスーパーまでは少し歩きますが、ホテル出て右手に回り込んだ所に小さな商店がありちょっとした飲み物や軽食を買うのも楽です。 無料とのことでスパも利用しましたが、プールとサウナがあるだけでジャグジーのような温浴設備はありませんでした。日本人的にはちょっと残念ですが海外なのでこれはしょうがない。 チェックアウトの際に清算金額を間違われそうになりました（朝食含むプランなのに朝食代を別途請求されそうになった）が、その旨指摘するときちんと謝罪したうえで正しい金額に直してくれたので、従業員の態度が良いとむしろ好印象。全体的にスタッフの愛想は良かった。 総じて良いホテルですが、何故かWifiのスピードが異常に遅く、1.9Mbps程度しか出ない上によく切断されるので、近所の携帯ショップで新たにSIMカードを購入する必要がありました。その点さえ改善されればパーフェクトでしょう。

Room was good, no internet though for the whole week

I am shocked and deeply disappointed with my stay at this Hilton. I slipped and fell in the shower because of a serious maintenance issue, and when I reported it, nothing was done for two days. I fell in a Foosh manner hurt my wrist, low-back, and my feet hit the upper bathroom sink. Two days of being ignored after getting hurt in their hotel room! The lack of concern for guest safety and well-being is appalling. I expected care and responsibility, but instead I was treated like my safety didn’t matter. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Hilton, and I would never recommend this property to anyone. I would like a refund for this property, please advise on the next step.

The hotel is very clean and conveniently located near the old citadel. I especially appreciated the spa area, which includes a sauna and steam room—both complimentary with your stay. The room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s rest. My only minor complaint would be the TV channel selection; it would be nice to have Digi channels available for watching the games. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Comme déjà indiqué,on m'a donné une chambre mansardée avec fenêtre de toit,ce qui n'est pas ce que vous m'aviez donné dans le descriptif de la chambre.J'aimerais avoir vos explications à ce sujet. La chambre est en outre apparue sale au niveau du bas du lit et du tapis La salle de bain a besoin de maintenance au niveau du lavabo et de la cuvette de WC.Enfin,le minibar était vide et aucune bouteille d'eau n'était offerte conformément à ce qui se fait dans un hôtel de bon standing.Un ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas et le second fonctionnait mal.Des vitres étaient très sales;celle de mon vélux était félée.Bref c'est un hôtel 3-étoiles,pas plus.Le personnel est plutôt désagréable.La clé qui m'a été fournie ne fonctionnait pas...Donc hôtel à fuir!

Hotel centralissimo molto confortevole con servizio SPA incluso (aperta fino alle 21.00). Vengono forniti accappatoio e telo. Letti comodissimi. Un grazie particolare a Ibi che è stata una receptionist simpatica e molto efficiente

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Nuestra habitación daba para la carretera y se oía bastante el trafico

No había agua caliente y nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría, pedimos ayuda en recepción pero no lo solucionaron, cuando bajé a la recepción había otras personas que también se quejaban de lo mismo. No funcionaba la ventana del ático y no la pudimos cerrar, pedí ayuda en la recepción y nadie acudió a resolverlo. El teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba. El lavamanos estaba tapado. El clima no funcionaba. La alfombra estaba muy sucia, olía mal. Todo esto lo reportamos en recepción y creó que l chica no entendía inglés porque solo respondió Ok.

El hotel bien ubicado pero las habitaciones muy mal. Alfombra y sillones manchados. El aire acondicionado de una de nuestras habitaciones no funcionó. Reclamamos, no nos quisieron cambiar el cuarto y dos veces fueron a “repararlo”; las dos veces nos trataron como tontos, diciendo que no sabíamos manejar el control del aire. Resultado, dos noches muy malas por el calor. No hubo una disculpa ni compensación alguna. Todavía se sorprendieron de que me quejara. No sé si para ellos sea normal que las cosas no funcionen y tengan que pagarlo aceptarlo sin reparos.

We had a great time at the property. The staff from the reception from the cleaning staff were really nice and very hospitable. We also had the welcome cookie which was still warm and delicious. The property is very accessible to the old town area and just a few meters walk from good restaurants.

Air conditioning did not work well. It was hot in our room, would not go below 22. This was after we changed rooms because the tv in the first room did not work and the air conditioning didn’t work at all. It was 26 in our room.

Nice room, great location. Rude unprofessional staff; unfriendly check in, receptionist on checkout didn't even interrupt her phone call. Staff in breakfast room didn't replace items that ran out, e.g. milk even when asked.

The room was very comfortable, the linen great and there was good quality shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner in the bathroom. Great view to the citadel, easy parking space. I'm very satisfied.

Great value for money, good location with many amenities nearby , clean and spacious room
