アルマス広場のすぐ近くで立地は最高ですしスタッフもとても親切でした。ただ、1階のとても広い部屋で良かったのですが、木造で2階の足音、隣の部屋の音が気になり、お湯の熱さや量は良くなかったです。

入り口が分かりづらく、隣のビルから案内されました。レセプションでパスポートを返し忘れたことと、Wi-Fiパスワードを渡し忘れたとと不手際続きました。 部屋は広いのですが壁が薄く外の物音はよく聞こえます。 床もきしむ感じで歪んでいるのではと思う印象でした。 バスタブがありましたがお湯の温度が低く、ちょろちょろとしか出なかったのでとても寒い思いをしましたし、ジェットバスを使用すると異臭を発していました。 小型のオイルヒーターがありましたが冬の時期だと庇いきれずとても寒すぎると思います。 エクスペディアのVIP特典は分からず仕舞いだったので少し残念です。

とにかくロケーションが良いです。 車の通る通りに面していないので、クスコの中心部でも静かなのが良かったです。 部屋は広く、なんとバスタブ付きでした。 大きなのクローゼットもあるので便利でした。

ロケーション良いです！ホテルの方もとても親切に対応してくれました。近くにスタバがあります。設備も整っています。

部屋のサイズは1人にしては大きく、バスタブも広かった。スタッフの方も親切であり、マチュピチュ行く際のタクシー予約など、いろいろと助けてもらった。

広場近くのスターバックスの1階が受付となっており、観光に大変便利。高山病の頭痛にきくとされるお茶が無料で提供されている。

アルマス広場からすぐ、ロレト通りに面しており、最高のロケーション。スタッフも非常にフレンドリーで、居心地の良いホテル。部屋も清潔で快適でした。

This hotel is very conveniently located near the armas plaza. Staffs were very helpful and room was cozy. Good place to stay in Cuzco.

Rooms clean. Staf, Marie e Jessica eran exceptional. Breakfast were very basic. The hotel inside is very cold. Our room was very small for 2 persons. One queenbed. The hotel . outdated. Close to nicecrestaurants and plaza de armas

This was a hotel a few blocks from the main square so it was quiet. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only thing that concerned me was the taxi that they called for me. He was was late and he was on his phone while driving to the airport. It made us very nervous as we thought he may have an accident. Very unprofessional.

Rustic hotel in outstanding location. Rooms are basic but spacious. Powerful hot showers and quality linen and blankets the pluses. Wifi worked but was a bit hit and miss. The breakfast provided was basic with very limited options.

Wonderful property. I will stay there again. Very nice clean rooms. Decent size. There are many rooms together so they don’t have a nice ambience. As far as getting together. Breakfast was average, but I would stay here again.

This property is located right in the central plaza, making it easy to walk to shops, stores, churches, and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful whenever we had a question. Special thanks to Yeshika, Karina, and Mary.

El hotel tiene mucho encanto y la localización es perfecta. El personal es super atento y eficaz. El desayuno podría tener más variedad, pero ofrece lo suficiente para encarar el día con energía. Recomendable.
