Dirty room, no maintenance to facilities, bad service. Looks like a place ready to shut. Do not use this resort!

Not expecting no electricity. 😔.

It's criminal to charge people money for such dilapidated and dirty place. Such disappointment

The cleaning of the toilet and the room is regular. Also, the bedclothes were really dirty and we asked for a new ones. The location is good and the price of the room cheap, but It looks old fashioned and too quiet.

I cant let my kiddos to swim on the shore due to strong wind and current, thank god this resort have a swimming pool that my kids can enjoy themselves.

When we are their, we booked for sea view room but they have given to someone else and give us a very terrible room. The toilet is disgusting there is a lot of worm crawling from the tiles and even the sink is so dirty I cannot imagine stepping in the toilet,please don't book here.

the room and toilet need to be clean properly and thoroughly. towel should be provided. 1 piece should be okay. overall this resort provide us a pleasant stay and a great experience. it was nice warm and cozy. will definitely come back and stay here.

This hotel's staff were friendly and helpful. however, the room price is not reasonable at all. it's because the rooms/chalet seems not well maintain, it's rustic, no towels, no soap or shampoo, bathroom lamp not functioning, some bathroom door not in good conditions, the blanket looks unchanged for long time, no pipe outside the building for us to wash our feet before entering the room/building.

No electricity at 8-12 PM and 4-7 PM.

No electricity at guest room from 8am-12pm and 3pm till 7pm. Mosquito everywhere. No tv no wifi no kettle. Go figure.

Thank you Kapas Island Reaort. We enjoy our family trip and sure come back. Improve can be done in stages. Peter Lim

The resort was not well maintained. The room was dirty. And the resort practice electricity cut off at certain time.

No television.. room is not clean.. not comfortable

No heater, kettle, TV & WiFi.

Poor services...lack of basic amenities...toilet was dirty.

Never pick up call, aircon leaking water whole night, specific hours not providing electricity did not make prior inform, no fridge, dirty toilet, too many mosquitoes, breakfast limited choice, not providing drinking water, overall too much to be improved, no maintenance, wasted such a nice location and view.

I am very particular with the toilet whenever I'm go for travel. No electric supply after 8 AM - 12 noon and after 4 PM - 7 PM. I'm travel with a baby and we were not always stay at the beach. Need to stay in hotel whenever baby is sleepy and without air cond and even no fan! They are using generator to supply electricity. Bad experience for me.
