ホテルの下には、レストランとパン屋とカフェが2件もあります。 また少し歩けばレストランが沢山あります。 ピレ門へはバス移動となりますが、 その代わりに海の近くでゆっくりと過ごせます。 部屋も広く、大きなキッチンもあり、値段も大変満足です。 ぜひオススメしたいです。

2泊以上するならここはかなりおススメです。オフシーズンで空いていたため、2人なのに6人用の部屋にアップグレードしてくれました！

デラックスアパートメントに宿泊しました。部屋、キッチン、トイレ、シャワールーム全てが清潔で、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 周辺施設も充実しており、ホテルの1階にスーパーがあり、朝7時から開店しているので、食料等の購入にとても役立ちました。 また、食器類もピカピカだし、電子レンジや洗濯機もあるので何不自由なく過ごすことができました。 とてもお勧めです。

ななめの天井からそとの光が差し込み、設備は新しくてとてもおしゃれなマンションでした。 値段は張りましたが、とても快適でそとに出たくなくなるくらいでした。

ロケーションは最高でビーチやレストラン通りまですぐ！スタッフも明るく親切で周辺の情報を詳しく丁寧に教えてくれました。写真に掲載のある新築さは無いです…。2日とも別の部屋にチェックインでしたが、どちらともお部屋の掃除が無く床は髪の毛や食べ物のゴミなどがあり、食洗機も前の人が洗ったままになっていました。期待していただけにガッカリでした。

すごく広いしテラスもありおしゃれ！！　サッカー日本代表の監督（ハリホジッチ）がオーナーだそうです。　なによりスタッフが親切。ストンという町に行きたくて聞いたら、何回も電話で調べてくださいました。空港までのシャトルも30ユーロ。

Très grand appartement très bien agencé. Immense terrasse... Quand nous n'étions pas en excursion, repas très agréable sur la terrasse. Personnel très gentil.

レセプションの人が非常に親切で、質問をするといつも丁寧に答えてくれました。部屋の電気が1つ点かないと伝えると、すぐにLEDの新しいライトに交換してくれました。 事前に到着予定と、駐車場(ガレージ)を利用したいということを伝えたら、電話番号と待ち合わせの場所も教えてくれました。 駐車場は宿泊者、居住者専用の場所でしたが、専用のリモコンを貸し出してくれたので、自由に車での移動ができました。目の前がビーチでタオルの貸し出しがあり、便利でした。 洗濯機は2部屋で共有する形式でしたが、特に利用が同じタイミングになることもなく、使いたい時に使えました。使い方が正しかったかわからなちですが、乾燥機はなく、脱水機能のみっぽいので、外にハンガーで干す形です。アドリア海の日差しと気候で、すぐに乾きます。 敷地内にスーパーマーケットやベーカリーもあり、全く不自由はありません。 家族4人でしたが、グラスの数が3つしかなかったので、1人はマグカップを使いました。

Great location close to the beach and restaurants (not close to the Old Town, have to use bus/taxi to get there). Friendly staff, got checked in early on arrival. Spacious flat, well equipped. TV receiver didn't work properly, plus property wasn't ideally clean, but overall very good impressions from the stay. Downstairs there is a bar, which tends to be pretty loud until midnight - for a quiter stay choose upper floors or the street side

Incredible place with plenty of space. We loved the apartment with laundry facilities, and a full kitchen. Not to mention the huge balcony!!! And parking was included. Totally recommend.

I would have given 5 stars for this if not for the washer dryer options.. the dryer did not dry and given the cool conditions even after 18 hours hand drying things it was still wet.. probably need to get a new dryer or ten people that the dryer is very weak

Nice big apartment and just as big balcony. Will return when in Dubrovnik again. I recommend this place.

We were traveling with a baby so this two bedroom apartment (not luxury) did fit our needs. Very convenient location with bus stop, bakery, bars, restaurants, market and ocean all less than 5 minute walk.

The apartment was a really great size, with huge balcony. Very convenient to the tourist bus for old town, and there are various places close to get groceries, food, or enjoy a drink. The host very kindly stayed up for a late check in due to our flight being delayed. Would stay here again.

I just stayed here for a week. The complex consists of mostly private apartments and rentals, with a bar, cafes, bakery, cinema and small supermarket on the ground floor. I used the supermarket every day it was great, also used the bakery (like a Croatian Greggs) and the Cake café was very reasonably priced. The room was very clean and modern. The cleaners come in every 2 days which I was surprised by as most apartments I have been in don't have this service. The balcony and the apartment was massive, it overlooked the centre of the development. The staff were very friendly and have a little reception office next to the entrance. I had an issue with my Aircon which they fixed the next day. The location is probably the best in Lapad, as it is 2 mins from the beach and the pedestrianised road of bars and restaurants. The bus stop to Dubrovnik is right outside the complex. I had a car which you park in level -2. It would have been good if they gave you a fob to open the garage door for the week, rather then calling them to open it for you. However other than the airport run, I only used the car once to go to Cavtat and reception did lend me a fob for the day so no issues. If someone asked me "would you go back" I would say Yes.

This place was beautiful and huge. Great area, only issue was a smell of cigarette smoke in the unit.
