清潔で快適でした。中心地にも近く観光にも便利です。たた、Wifiが繋がらなくかったです。

WiFiは部屋では入りづらかった。 朝食のパンはやや焦げていた。 庭がきれいに維持されていて、鳥のさえずりが気持ち良かった。 夜、庭でお酒を飲むのが気持ち良かった。

朝食はパン、フルーツ、コーヒーだけのシンプルなものだったがフルーツが非常においしかった。 シャワーは水量がやや物足りなかった。 近くのマーケットまで散歩できる距離。 入らなかったが、プールや庭はきれいに維持されていた。 英語はあまり通じなかった。

建物は古いですが部屋はきちんと掃除されていました。 カテドラルに近く立地は良いのですが、通りに面した部屋は少しうるさく感じました。気になる方は静かな部屋をリクエストされると良いかと思います。 難点としては、部屋までWi-Fiが届かずロビー近くまで行く必要があったことです。 朝食は3種類から選択できる卵料理を作ってくれておいしかったです。 従業員はフレンドリーで親切でしたが、メキシコ滞在中はどのホテルでも優しく親切な従業員がいたため、このホテルが特に良いということでない気もします。

Did not go into the pool

Hotel casa colonia is beautiful as a whole. But the room we stayed in was so doom and dark that we left a night earlier because we couldn’t be inside the room. Everything was proper, clean, well kept, but the lack of light made it impossible to stay and be relaxed. The property has a beautiful pool and staff are kind and helpful. Only offers breakfast and dinner. I am not sure I would choose to stay again.

Bonito alojamiento

The staff was helpful and efficient. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The gardens were well kept and a lovely refuge after a busy day of adventuring.

El personal de recepción muy mala atención, mi reservación decia bebidas de cortesia y me las negaron. El internet no llegaba a mi cuarto y cuando pregunte me respondieron groseramente que si q no llegaba. El lugar es bonito pero la atención del personal debe. Mejorar y deben respetar lo que te dicen por telefono porque les pregunte sobre una persona mas y me dijeron q sin problema. Al llegar al hotel me dijeron que no se podia e hicieron pagar una habitación mas

Muebles descuidados, no tienen servicio de comedor para la hora de la comida o la cena, no había agua en el cuarto. La relación precio calidad 👎

EXCELENTE servicio de parte del personal. El Hotel podría renovar un poco sus camas, la alberca no está climatizada y fue imposible meterse por el frío.

staff was friendly and helpful, but the door at the room was not close all around the frame, so literally the light from the hall was little bit annoying at night.

Un lugar adecuado y recomendado para una estancia corta, limpio, ordenado con un aspecto rococó, muy agradable. Atención adecuada, estacionamiento propio.

Nada que ver con las fotos, aunque sí es silencioso y la atención y servicio del personal es muy buena, la habitación y pasillos lucen descuidadas, iluminación de la habitación cero confortable (luz blanca/fría) rechinan las puertas y los muebles del baño por lo viejo parecen sucios; falta iluminación en pasillos (salimos a dar un recorrido y todo oscuro, se percibe inseguro), podría ser un lugar mejor.
