新しいホテルでとてもきれいです。スタッフも感じが良くて気持ちよく過ごせました。予約していなかったので、レイクでボート・カヌーなどをすることがなく泊まるだけになったので何か予約をすすめます。夕食は近くの町へ行きましたが、ホテルでも出来そうです。チェックインは飛行機が遅れたので２２時近くになりましたが、問題なかったです。（一応事前に連絡はしましたが）

何もない場所にあります、とても静か，夜スタッフがいません、朝ご飯のレストラン無し、ただ昼間夜のレストランあり、ただ会話が部屋につつヌケです、テラスなので、

Beautiful view, lovely room. Phones were down, so communication beforehand was not possible - a bit stressful, as we knew that the front desk was not manned all the time. However, once we got there, Laura at the desk was great - helpful and friendly. We'd love to go back when the restaurant is open.

Beautiful property in a gorgeous location. The rooms were modern yet cozy, and felt higher end. The whole property was very clean and safe. Staff was phenomenal. They checked in with us ahead of our trip, again once we arrived and then again after check-in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were very friendly and helpful. We stayed during the winter so the price was so good, especially considering what we got. I have stayed at a few other hotel in Port Alberni due to kids sports and this blew the others away both with quality and then price. It was about 15 minutes out of town but honestly it made it quiet and safer. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

The room and facilities were kept clean, and the views were beautiful. We visited during the off season and there was very limited staff and no food options onsite.

Very cozy and clean rooms. The lakeshore view was stunning as well. Plenty of parking in November, pretty close to Port Alberni as well.

only stairs - to rooms - if I had brought my parents we would have been out of luck as there was no mention on site of that. Also no mention of restaurant being closed. It would have been nice to know that we have to drive into town for food as the little store across the street closed early and really not a help as they are kitchen units so you can't make anything and before the little store had a large cafe area which was great with sandwhiches and pasteries etc. at least for breakfast that was great, but still would have been nice to know the restuarant closes for the season. The room overall was nice and comfortable.

Our room was great and the location is so gorgeous! Stunning view from our balcony! Check-in staff was lovely to talk to as well, made us feel very welcome and excited to stay. Thank you!

Quick check-in, friendly staff, clean room, and plenty of parking. It was nice to have an on-site restaurant.
