My spouse had a birthday and I wanted to surprise her with balloons in the room. Raoul immediately took up the task and made sure to fill the room with balloons and even a greeting card on my behalf. All of this is compatible in advance, while we email each other and organize everything. Thank you Raul for a wonderful and romantic vacation

We were very content with this hotel - the team were excellent and good fun, the facilities are great and the surroundings are wonderful for hiking and relaxing. We reached Roncobello by public transport and the hotel is approx five minutes from the bus stop. The village has restaurants and shops, but we mostly ate in the hotel restaurant since the quality was so high. We will definitely return for future Christmas/Easter/Summer holidays.

Location, gestori, personale, interni, spe e, con particolare lode, cucina, tutto all'altezza delle più capricciose pretese. Uno splendido connubio tra professionalità e amore per il proprio lavoro. Accurati dettagli, cordialità e sicurezza di un ottimo soggiorno a prescindere dal clima. Qualità nettamente superiore alle stelle ufficiali. Da provare!

Voila un hôtel simplement idéal. Oui oui, vous avez bien lu : idéal. La localisation Roncobello, dans les magnifiques alpes Orobie, propices à de magnifiques randonnées. à une heure de Bergame... Le personnel parfait. La chambre : au top. Le service et le restaurant : parfait à nouveau. Il est rare de rencontrer une telle qualité de sercice. Bravo à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo prenotato per due giorni con trattamento di pernottamento, colazione e cena (2 adulti e due bambini). Albergo molto accogliente (il titolare Paolo, tutto lo staff e la sistemazione). Ampie camere ristrutturate da poco con ottime finiture ed accorgimenti (angolo tè/caffè, frigobar). Consigliato per rilassarsi e godersi del buon cibo (ottima la colazione a buffet e la varietà dei piatti proposti, preparati con prodotti locali). Siamo stati davvero bene e speriamo di tornarci presto!

We've stopped here for 4 nights during our trip to Italy. Roncobello is a nice and quiet town situated in Alps with a lot of hiking trails within 30min distance (driving). The room we've stayed at was recently renovated and was really nice and fresh. It had everything we needed from comfortable bed, flat screen TV, wifi, to beautiful bathroom. Resort staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was very good too! Make sure to try the restaurant in the evening, the food is the best we've had on our trip at a good price. We're very happy with our stay and will come back in the future.
