Excelente localização no centro de Santiago. Pessoal muito atencioso, ótima acolhida e esclarecimentos. Limpeza do quarto muito eficiente. Recomendo e voltarei a me hospedar.

Hotel was in good location but Check in and customer service was so poor, The girl who let me in and check in was rude.After I checked out I remember I left my power bank in the room. I got back to the hotel and they told me same girl cleaned the room didn’t find any power bank in my room. Probably someone steal it .Other guy told me he will let me know if they found it but I don’t have any trust.I don’t recommend this hotel unfortunately so poor and so unprofessional. Most of all NOT SAFE!

El personal muy atento y las instalaciones impecables

We had a great room that we really liked. Very recommended for that. More than 30 mins wait at check-in though was not nice! Breakfast was very stressful as small room and all guests came at the same time. Spread decent though.

Beautiful room, great neighborhood, very friendly and accommodating staff

Cute hotel with nice staff. Beware that the “single room” doesn’t have an actual bed…it’s a small cot so low to the floor it’s hard to get up from. Which made it very hard to sleep. And the room had once been part of the one next door…so everything could be heard. Maybe the other rooms are better, but mine made the stay disappointing

Great location, very clean and comfortable and wonderful kind staff.

This B&B was a haven for me after my camino experience. Short walk from the cathedral, within the historic area. Staff was so helpful and kind. Definitely try the fresh-squeezed orange juice at breakfast! I had an excellent stay here.
