Convenient location and friendly staff.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were simple but fresh. Close to city center and lots of restaurants nearby. One thing I wish was different was the layers of blankets, one down comforter would do the trick but four layers of wool blankets were too heavy for me.

Cute small hotel in a great neighborhood, right near the viewpoint of San Cristobal.

The Kori Gems staff was amazing. They were always cheerful & took time to ask if we needed anything. The hotel was only a few blocks from the historic center, which made getting around very easy. We would stay again

El hotel es bonito pero las habitaciones son poco prácticas y necesitan mantenimiento. Por ejemplo en la nuestra se metían muchas moscas, se tapaba la regadera y el toallero estaba roto.

the staff was super friendly and very helpful. once you arrive the doorbell is on the top right hand corner of the door way. they keep the doors locked for safety. breakfast was good they do have eggs they cook to order for free. the bed room was perfect for our needs. the beds where very comfortable. the bathrooms where very clean they provide toilet paper. only thing i would suggest is the bring shampoo and bodywash of your own liking, this is how i always travel. they do have shampoo and soap available just in case you forget.

This hotel was very cute, and the hosts were so very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is nice and clean with a beautiful courtyard. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a little difficult to walk to if you have luggage. The plus side is that we got to see the beautiful city view in the night.

This hotel was conveniently located and we enjoyed our stay, the staff was professional and friendly, it isn't a five star hotel but it was clean quiet and had comfortable beds, for the price it was a good choice

Staff were AWESOME. They did my laundry for a good price and fast. Breakfast was really good. Had an awesome location relatively close to la plaza de armas.

Kori Gems had a very unique, Peruvian feel to it. The staff were wonderfully helpful. We had so many questions and requests for assistance, and they answered everything with a friendly smile. The hotel is about a three minute walk to Plaza de Armas, and maybe a few minutes more to San Blas. It's central to everything. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!

front desk super friendly, great laundry service, little weird with the constant exterior door locking. I always ended up ringing the bell and waking someone up to let me in.
