2泊3日の短期間ですがお世話になりました。部屋も綺麗で清潔でよかったです。ロビーでは24時間コーヒー、紅茶などが無料で飲め便利でした。スタッフの方々もフレンドリーで親切でした。近隣には早朝から開いているパン屋さんやランチやディナーを楽しめる多くのレストランがあり、スーパーも近く、トラムやRERの駅も近く便利な場所にあります。 強いて残念なところを挙げるなら、寝室と洗面室の扉がちゃんと閉まらないところでしょうか。

観光地へのルート案内や、急なタクシー手配、アメニティの補充など様々なリクエストについて快く対応していただき、とても良かったです。ホテルは小さいですが、アットホーム感があって良かったです。立地についても治安面、利便性ともgoodです。

室内は綺麗で快適に過ごせるた。また、ベッド周りに充電用のUSBまで準備されており、スマホを充電しながら横になる環境が整っていた。海外にも関わらずスリッパが用意されており、とても感激した。残念な点としては、ポッドの電源ケーブルが短すぎたこと。

ジュニアスリートを利用させていただきました。 内装は素敵でしたが、デザインそのものの細かな配慮ができておらず、毎度、シャワーの水がブースから溢れ、外の床が水浸しになってしまったり、扉の取り付ける向きが逆で、導線が不自然だったりと、デザイナーかオーナーなのか分かりませんが、経験不足と思われ、内装が綺麗な割に快適ではありませんでした。 また、二人での利用にもかかわらず、スリッパやバスローブも一つしか用意されておらず、もう一つ用意するようにお願いしたら、注文しているのが、届いておらず、在庫がないとの返事でした。 ただ、ロビーでタクシーを待っていると、飲み物を用意してくれたりと、思いがけないサービスがあったりと、おもてなしをしたいという気持ちはあるようで、オペレーションが追いついていない印象でした。 総評としては、値段を考えれば、ロケーション、デザインの良さを考慮に入れれば、お勧めできるホテルです。

凱旋門にほど近く､地下鉄､バスなど全ての交通機関が利用しやすい場所です。ホテルスタッフの対応も良いですよ。もう少し安ければ完璧ですが･･･立地条件を考慮するとこのくらいの値段は仕方ないのかも。

Ein elegantes, kleines Hotel in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße unweit des Arc de Triomphe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und angenehm zurückhaltend. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und die Mitarbeiterinnen achten darauf, dass es an nichts fehlt. Wir haben zwei wundervolle Tage in Paris verbracht und alles Wichtige zu Fuß erlaufen können, u. a. die Fondation Louis Vuitton, in der wir die große Gerhard Richter-Retrospektive gesehen haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Staff were very friendly throughtout the stay. Nice seating area downstairs, We were facing the street so lots of noise throughtout the night, so if your sensitive to noise id suggest a room at the back of the hotel, We booked a prestige room but it was small, Bathroom was very small, we had the toilet in a cupboard. Such a shame as the hotel is very nice and in a good location for sightseeing.

Bonjour, Ce n'était pas du 23 au 24 nov mais du 24 au 25 nov; l'emplacement de l'hotel est parfait pour moi, juste à coté de mon lieu de travail; la chambre très bien le personnel sans plus en terme d'amabilité

Had a great stay at this property, a very quiet, chic hotel close to the Arc de Triomphe. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the area was quiet and safe easy to access from the centre of Paris. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others as staff were lovely. Would stay again!

Near the Metro, great Restaurants and amazing staff

Great find. Simple, not huge but elegantly decorated and comfortable with friendly staff. Breakfast was also very nice.

Normaliter laten we geen beoordeling achter, maar dit hotel liet ons geen keus. Smiley heeft ons warm ontvangen en heeft ons uitstekende service verleend. De kamer was zeer netjes en niet te vergeten schoon. Het metrostation ligt op loopafstand en in de omgeving zijn diverse restaurants en winkels te vinden.

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Geschmackvolle eingerichtetes Hotel. Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Tolle Betten. Schönes Bad. Sehr gute Lage. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The hotel is conveniently located near train/metro station making travel easier.

The first room we had smelled like someone smoked inside, so we immediately requested a new room. The televisions in the rooms offered Google chromecast capabilities. However, the chromecast was terrible. It would not connect to my iPhone, or wouldn't even start. The first gentlemen at the front desk told me he would look into fixing it. Later that day, a lady at the front desk said it got fixed. Just for me to show up to my room and for it to still not be working. I went back the next morning to tell them it still isn't working, and they said that it should work and they will look again. Later that night, a different man told me very rudely and unwelcoming that it would not support my phone. The next day, the original gentleman came into my room with me to see it not work and he offered us a different room. So we packed all of our stuff and switched rooms to where it supposedly was working. Only, for it not to work. As compensation, the hotel offered us breakfast and a bottle of wine (I rated the bottle very poor as well). The hassle of a very simple request not being met, dealing with rude employees, and switching rooms mid trip (not at all a convenience), to go along with a pitiful compensation, made this experience unpleasant. The entrecote and metro station around the corner was the highlight.
