総合評価とレビュー Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Huayu Chongqing

設備も新しく、スタッフの対応も文句なし。部屋から駅も見渡せ、便利な位置づけ。買い物などは近くで出来ないが、ローカルレストランは近くに点在している。 問題は、新幹線駅からは、現在は北広場にしか出られず、地下道で南広場に出られないこと。タクシーや乗り合いバス等で迂回していかなくてはならない。駅に地図の表示もないので、迷うかもしれない。 ウィンダム、という英語よりも、駅前の「華宇」といえば、わかるようだ。

翌日の早い時間の高速鉄道利用のため、宿泊しました。 利用直前に予約をしたので、初めは上手く予約が確認できていなかったのですが、その際もホテルのスタッフの方が丁寧に応対していただき、無事に宿泊できました。 部屋も申し分ない設備で、翌朝の朝食やチェックアウトもスムーズにいき、快適に過ごすことができました。

I had a great experience here. They gave me an updated suite with living room, master bathroom. Very clean room. The breakfast is also very good. I booked this hotel because of the location. However, Chongqing North station has two parts. If you need to take the bullet train, you have to take a taxi from the hotel. Be ware of that.

We had told the hotel we were going to be late and would like some food, ordered room service at 12:00 and till 2:00 we had not received over order. They couldn’t even make an omelet, toast or even a club sandwich or anything else. The only good thing was the bell boys who could speak and understand English.
