深夜の到着にも拘らず、翌日の個人ツアーの相談に親身に応じてくれた。今回のサウジアラビアの旅が上手く行ったのはこのホテルの方々のおかげ。本当に助かった。

The cleanliness of the room and the toilet was not of the required quality, and at the level of a 5-star hotel.

Lovely hotel, rooms great size and food excellent, especially breakfast. Only downside was the rooms were freezing and it didn’t matter what I did could not get any warm air in the room

I have stayed here twice and will again in Hail. Absolutely huge rooms and well appointed. Since the previous stay, the maintenance has not kept up. Gym and spa fixtures were out of order. Parking is not organized. Disposal of room service is delayed.

Needs to improve cleanness of bathrooms. TV size is too small compared to the room size. Food at the restaurant is average

The hotel is an excellent hotel but you need to know that it is in the middle of the dessert and away from the xity
