築年数が浅く、建物はきれいでした。泊まった日は団体さんがいたようで、1階に宿泊したのですが23時ぐらいまでロビー横で騒いでいる人たちがいました。

Wow. I had top tier customer service at the Front Desk checking in. This location has suites that are like a Lodge stay. Fancy.

We have never stayed at a dirtier hotel. Ripped couches and carpet. Grime in every corner. Kitchenette area handles on cabinets almost falling off, build up of grime on cupboard doors. TV remotes didn’t work. Severely disappointed because the rating was much higher so I expected a clean well-kept room for the price.

Our only issues was one of the TVs did not work in our suite as well as the internet was really iffy.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms are spacious but pretty old and run down. Breakfast food was pretty rough

I could not get to the hotel. An unexpected winter storm closed the highway and I literally could not get there. I had every intention of staying at the hotel on the night of my reservation until weather forced me to turn around and head home. I had to cancel and was told there would be no refund. Expedia said it was the hotel policy and the hotel said it was Expedia's policy. Meantime, I am stuck with the charge.

Room was clean but dated- tear in carpet right inside the door. Tub did not drain. TV cable in living area did not work correctly. Staff were cordial.

We heard ALOT of commotion above us, people were very noisy... I recommend getting a top floor room.

Stay was horrible. Got in one room with torn carpet. TVs did not work. Had to pack up everything and move to a new room where the TVs also did not work.

Room was clean - though it does need some maintenance for wear and tear. Mostly in the bathroom - door wasn't working properly and stains on ceiling and just a little run down compared to the rest of the suite. Overall - fantastic stay. Will definitely book again!

Our room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was bad and soda dispenser not working. For $265 for a one-night stay we’d expect something better than dry, overcooked sausage and mediocre powdered eggs for breakfast.
