不満な所は特になし。 ホテルのオーナーがとても気さくな人なので、普通のホテルとは違い、地元の話などが聞ける。 シャワーが日本のそれと比べて遜色は無く、早朝は若干温度は下がるが、1日を通して暑いお湯でシャワーを浴びれる。 空港にはタクシーで10分もあれば十分。値段は120HRK程。オーナーに頼めば指定の時間にタクシーを玄関先に呼んでくれる。

Location was good my room was roomy, clean, and had a nice view of the bay. It is located up a steep hill so lots of opportunities for exercise! The town is just a five minute walk away as is a great little beach, just down the coast.

The apartment is in a good location, within 10 mins walking down to the main part of town. If you drive here, be aware that the roads leading to the apartment are extremely narrow and steep, which may be a challenge for non-European drivers! The apartment is clean, with a nice view of the sea. But there are a few issues: the railings on the stairs are shaky and somewhat dangerous. The hairdryer has a big layer of dust on the filter which was not cleaned. WIFI is very spotty. Communication was also an issue, as our messages sent via Expedia were never answered. Other than that, we wouldn't mind staying there again.

Very friendly people, nice swimming pool, spacious rooms, harbour/restaurants/supermarket within walking distance. Great value for money.

Fint sted, vi bodde i toppleiligheten med utsikt til sjøen. Fint treningsrom og bassengområde. Lite minus for tidlig utsjekk, men de var snille og lot oss oppbevare bagasje da vi skulle senere hjem.

Ylin kerros ,josta kaunis näköala.Oma parveke. Pieni uima-allas oli kiva lisä. Erittäin ystävällinen isäntäväki . Siisti. Pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin ja siivous joka päivä. Hyvä sänky.

Dirty toilet,toilet seat been cut off to fit but difficult to sit on, balcony doors had no way of shutting or locking,queen size bed had one single sheet down the middle ODD!! NO CHANGE OF towels or rubbish not collected.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Villa Voinić. The villa is situated close to the centre of Cavtat. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner who showed us to our room and we’re given complimentary drinks to enjoy while we settled in and took in the view of Cavtat from our balcony. Cavtat is a beautiful coastal town with some nice bars and restaurants, such as Amor and the family run Ivan where we enjoyed a few meals during our stay. There is a steep hill from Cavtat up to the Villa though we found it easier to navigate while enjoying a nice ice cream from one of the vendors in town. If you’d prefer an easier walk follow the path from the bus station past the Cavtat Hotel. Easy access to Dubrovnik either by Boat or Number 10 bus. The bus is currently 50 Kuna return and takes around half an hour. Though personally we enjoyed Cavtat more. On our last day upon check out the owners offered to hold our luggage until later in the evening and even drove us to the airport. We hope to come back to Cavtat and Villa Voinić again in the future. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Great place near the airport. The host was very friendly and helpful. He even served Coke and cake.

Me and my fiancee stayed here because we had to pay are deposit for are wedding and this little gem was only a short walk from Hotel Croasia. We are getting married here in Cavat because its absolutely stunning, perfect restaurants and its so clean! And if you stay here you also get a 10% discount at Ivan where we found the food so good. Staff where very pleasant they left a botttle of fizz in are room as requested. Clean room very comfy bed and a pretty balcony. I got reading a good book by the pool they said i could take home for free and also gave us a ride back to the airport free of charge. Can't recommend this place enough i'd go back tommorrow.

Die Villa ist sehr schön gelegen mit einem tollen Blick auf die Bucht.Das Zimmer ist super groß mit allem was man braucht sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett und spricht gut deutsch. Auch Extra Wünsche werden sofort und unkompliziert erfüllt.
