全体的に非常に満足です

ヒルトンチーム様 友人と私は、ヒルトンの優れた顧客サービスと質の高いホスピタリティについて、以前から好意的なフィードバックをいただいていたので、ヒルトンに宿泊することにしました。しかしながら、チェックイン手続き中に不快な思いをいたしましたので、ご報告いたします。 2025年10月12日、午後12時から午後12時40分の間にチェックインしました。受付係（背の高い女性スタッフ）は、私たち2人に対して失礼で、プロフェッショナルとは程遠い対応でした。 1. ツインベッドをリクエストしたところ、エグゼクティブルームしか空いていないと言われました。プレミアムエグゼクティブからエグゼクティブルームへのダウングレードに同意しましたが、眺めが良くツインベッドであることを条件としました。部屋の大きさの違いについて尋ねたところ、受付係は私の質問を無視し、手続きを急いでいるようでした。 2. スタッフがマスクを着用していたため、部屋の詳細についての説明が聞き取れませんでした。丁寧にもう一度お願いしたところ、彼女は「お部屋は9階です」と、いらだたしく失礼な返事をしました。 3. 部屋に着くと、景色はホリデイ・インに面しており、私たちがリクエストしていた景色とは異なっていました。 このような不快な状況の中、親切でフレンドリー、そして丁寧な対応をしてくださったダイアナさんに大変感謝しています。彼女は問題を解決し、素晴らしい景色を望む新しい部屋（1023号室）を手配してくれました。彼女のプロ意識と真摯な心遣いに心から感謝しています。 ダイアナさんのサポートには感謝していますが、レセプションでの全体的な経験は残念なものでした。レセプションチームはヒルトンの第一印象と価値観を体現する存在であり、今回の出来事は、このような評判の高いブランドに期待されるサービス水準を反映していませんでした。 このフィードバックを真摯に受け止め、今後のお客様に同様の経験がないよう、トレーニングとサービス水準の向上に役立てていただければ幸いです。 また、この件についてどのように対応したかについてもお知らせいただければ幸いです。 ご理解とご協力に感謝申し上げます。

清潔で広くて気持ちの良いお部屋にして頂き大変満足でした。

The teh tarik is awesome, breakfast spread also great. The ambiance nice.

Our stay was wonderful. Room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Staff was fantastic and helpful. As we stayed in the Executive room, the access to the Executive Lounge was very convenient. It was a great place to enjoy a cuppa during our schedule breaks.

Great clean room. Comfortable stay. The bathroom did not have the full amenities, but more than good enough for a one night stay.

A bit dissatisfied on my stay. My card not active on last day. Tried to call front desk using the phone at the lift but no answer. Tried to call 1 no where they normally SMS & greet you. No answer. Had to return at counter, leaving all my things in front of my room door. They activated my card and I finally able to return to room again. Wasted time over waiting for my call to be answered after long hectic day. Room was spacious and nice. A bit dark at working area but they provided table lamp.

Had a one day staycation with family! Its good to be back in Hilton. Love the breakfast menu! And thank you front office for the late check out. Definitely will come back.

My first time staying in Hilton Kota Kinabalu and it was fabulous! It is located in the city centre and easily accessible to everywhere! The staffs are all very courteous and helpful! Will definitely book my stay with Hilton KK in my future trips!

Everything is amazing! Wish we stay longer. The privacy is secured. Soundproof alright and so comfortable. Smart tv can connect to phone so no more boring channels. Thank you for the great experience, Hilton KK! Highly recommended.

Bad experienced. I request for a non -smoking room. When I check-in, the receptionist informed me non-smoking room is not available now and assigned a smoking room for me. When I step out from the lift, the whole corridor smelled of smoke. When I entered the room, it also smelled of smoke, which made me a headache. I called and asked to change to anotherroom, and finally they gave me a larger room, but there were some minor problems also. Overall, I am not happy to the stay.

Hotel in good location. Very clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly. Highly recommended. would definitely back if visiting KK.

Since it was my daughter’s birthday day. They extended our check out to 2pm. That’s awesome.

The hotel did not allow to early check in even we arrived at 5 AM in the morning and we leaving on the next early morning.
