The service we received from Gugu and Pat was exceptional

The hotel is very outdated,

The location, views and apartment is really good. There are however some maintenance issues that need to be attended to. The balcony sliding door didn't lock, the water from the shower still ran out under the door and there was the first sign of cockroaches. I would suggest a fumigation regime as this is common in shared utility systems. The maintenance issues did not not dampen our stay as it is still a lovely apartment in a safe environment. We would return

At the point waterfront apartment I enjoyed my stay as well as their views, the cleaning team cleaned thoroughly though they came late most the time(afternoon). They have friendly staff. They had safety measure for their guest whereby after 5 no one is allowed to come in nor come out , what I did not like though was the pool it was not cleaned often it was dirty. It's a convenient place as shops are close by

Our stay at the Point Waterfront apartment was exceptional, feeling like a home away from home. The apartment's breathtaking view offered a stunning panorama that never got old. We enjoyed taking in the majestic scenery from the comfort of our apartment, feeling grateful for the experience.

It’s not a hotel. It is much more like a glorified motel. There is a lot of space in the living room and closets but the bathrooms are tiny. The kitchen is fine. The room condition is a bit dingy but we did enjoy watching the huge ships go by. It is close to the south beach and the uShaka Marine World which we enjoyed.

Beautiful and immaculate property. I will be staying here again very soon

Arrived and disappointed as the aircon did not work Definitely not a 4 star as advertised rather 2star They moved us to another apartment only the next day

This is a beautiful complex and the staff was amazing.

Without a doubt the reception staff on duty were absolutely the best. Their warm & friendly greeting and service made us feel welcome the instant we got to check in desk. Apartment was really very spacious and well furnished. Lovely views of the harbour from the apartments 3 balconies. Definitely recommended for families or friends seeking a getaway. Only problem I had was with the lifts from 5th floor. We had to walk across quiet a distance every time we needed to leave our apartment due the lifts closer to us being shut off from 6pm in the evening. We were not made aware of this, so it really was an inconvenience. But even with access issue it still was a lovely place & enjoyable mini break for us.

The property is in need of Maintenance… furniture display in picture on the website is not the same condition and poor quality .

PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY

The bathroom and apartment had a damp smell all weekend.

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber und bietet alles, was eine Familie benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand und in der Nähe von Ushaka hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon Richtung Hafenkanal und Meer hat und sehr, sehr zugesagt und beeindruckt. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Pool wurde renoviert und wir konnten diesen außer an einem Tag nicht nutzen, hierauf gab es im Vorfeld keinem Hinweis von Hotelseite.

We were kept up all night by noisy neighbors (residents) who had a part next to our bedroom. Although staff tried to help things did not improve. Not wanting to risk this happening again we felt forced to move to a different location, despite having only used 1 of our 5 nights rental. We were not compensated for this in any way and management failed to reach out to us, even though we’ve made at least 5 attempts to contact them. Don’t go there. Location not good either
