アジア人から見ると、とにかく高級感があふれています。 スタッフも親切してくれて、とても満足しています。

オールドタウンから近く、とても便利です。 お部屋も清潔で、お掃除も行き届いていました。

ステキな綺麗なホテル、ユーロ必須

滞在前から予約していたタクシーでしたが、受付に帰りの時間を伝えてたのにもかかわらず、チェックアウト時に確認したところ、予約されてない、あと20分待ってと言われる始末。しまいには、もうタクシーが着いたからと外に出されたが、まだ着いてなく外で待つという最悪の対応でした。もう泊まりません。残念です。

フロント、ポーター共にとても親切。部屋も無料でランクアップ、レイトチェックアウトに部屋にフルーツと最高のサービスを受けました。また是非滞在したくなるホテルです

唯一の悪い点は、シャワーの水圧が最悪なこと。それ以外は、優越感を感じる、とても良いホテルでした。苦手な言語も優しいコミュニケーションで乗り切れるので、安心だと思います。

We stayed one night without breakfast. Adjacent to historic areas and shops. Looking nice outside from the building and inside from the room as well. The room looks authentic and classic but very clean with flourish aroma. All rooms are on the 2nd floor but there was no elevator to bring up the luggage - the hotel clerk will offer a help. Great value for money.

建物は豪華で良かったのだが、チェックアウトの時に、頼んでいない(空港からホテルまでの)ホテルタクシー代を支払えと言われ、結局ホテル側のミスだったとわかった際にも「勘違いして申し訳ない」でもなく、非常にストレスを感じた。通常、ホテルのランクと従業員の質は比例する事が多いが、ここは違うらしい。女性従業員の対応はとても良かったが。

Beautiful property in a great location.

Clean room, great breakfast, beautiful building and view

The hotel was wonderful!! The staff amazing! My daughter got sick and they help us calling a doctor the service was really incredible and the place is beautiful. Will definitely come back!

The hotel was in the perfect location to the Main Square and Christmas Market. It was literally on the next street. The hotel itself was very quiet and sterile, we almost thought we were the only ones staying there. The rooms were large, very clean and heated bathroom floors. I can't say that the bed was super comfortable, to me but, my kids slept well. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was okay, our waitress was very kind and remembered parts of my order that I forgot, she was great. Staff were all kind and I loved the touches of Christmas decor.

Quarto amplo, localização excelente super pertinho de old town, café da manhã deixou a desejar, estacionamento pago em frente ao hotel.

Trevliga rum med fantastisk service där personalen följer med till tex bastun. Ta med en öl till bastun, inga problem. Bra läge.
