Schöne Lage an einem See. Sehr idyllisch. Die Zimmer waren groß die Ausstattung gut. Sehr schönes Frühstück. Abendessen auch sehr hochwertig. Jedoch wechselte weder das Frühstück noch die Abendkarte ein einziges Mal in 9 Tagen. Die Poollandschaft ist schön, jedoch schwimmt Gänsekot im Pool, was nicht geht. Leider hatten wir sehr viele Ameisen in dem Zimmer, was für ein 4*s Hotel nicht geht. Das Personal war generell eher unfreundlich. Man wird als Gast nicht gegrüßt und im Restaurant bis auf wenige Ausnahmen wirkt das Personal genervt vom Gast. Schöner Urlaub, aber noch mit viel Luft nach oben.

Everything excellent

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. From the friendly staff to spotless rooms and just an amazing view that you will have every morning. I had the best stay in a hotel by now.

We just booked the hotel so we had somewhere to go when we landed in Verona but it was way more amazing that we could have thought. The hotel was beautiful and the views incredible. The included breakfast was delicious!! It was a little cold to get in the pools and we basically got up, ate and left but we would have loved to have stayed for a few days. Will have to come back.

Excellent for relaxing

The property is located in the countryside, yet it’s less than a 10-minute walk to the train station. Our room was in a charming country house with beautiful views of the mountains and courtyard. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful.

I am a frequent traveller. This hotel had some of the worst staff I’ve ever experienced. Extremely rude and arrogant. Further, the hotel is dirty and the breakfast deserves a score of 1/10.

This hotel far surpassed my expectations! The suite was very spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view of the lake and a sauna outside on the deck. The pool was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious! Would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. It was a very relaxing stay.

Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren schon mal hier. Das Hotel war damals schon erstklassig und hat sich noch weiterentwickelt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Super Unterkunft Personal sehr freundlich sehr sauber faire Preise… Negativ: Kaution musste ich in Bar hinterlegen da ich keine Kreditkarte habe. Keine Rechnungen für Essen und Getränke. Unübersichtlich bei der Bezahlung am Abreisetag…

Fantastisk utsikt over Frassino, både fra frokosten og hotellrommet. Nydelig frokost og deilig basseng og spa. Vi kommer tilbake!

Alles in Allem wieder ein schöner Urlaub. Waren jetzt schon öfters in dem Hotel aber die Einrichtung der Liegen und Stühle sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und passen zu so einem gehobenen Hotel einfach nicht mehr.

Great property overall, very quiet, elegant, serene and relaxing. Convenient location to visit the lake area.Hotel staff very helpful and professional. Restaurant, food is good but service very is slow and inattentive.
