It was cheaper than most about $35 each for 4 people, parking on street was good and felt safe.. the shower was not very good with dollar store curtain that did not work at all, there was no oven but did have some microwave that can grill (i guess). the keys and door were not very easy to use and you can really hurt your hand doing it. The apartment could use a bit more up-keep and small renovations, but it was very close to the beach and restaurants and not far from shops, it is a bit far from Barcelona about 45 min drive or 1.5 - 2 hours by train (speed cameras are all over the place and toll highways) , check in took a bit longer than usual and they insisted on everyone passports etc.not sure why I could not just use mine as it was my reservation? I would stay again but you do get what you pay for. family friendly and probably a great place for a family with groceries etc. the staff at front were very friendly and helpful

The place had all the amenities needed for a good stay. Could have been a bit cleaner though. Floors were not very clean and when we removed the linens from the bed at check out time the mattress was not very clean either. Also could use a smart tv as the one provided had very limited channels. But the location was nice. Right on the beach.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We arrived at 5:15 for the designated 5:00 check in time. The entire office was locked up. We called the phone number 5 times with no answer. Finally, someone came outside and told us that they had sent us info on how to access "after hours" keys. After hours? It was 5:15. The girl told us check in was only from 4-5, despite their own website saying 5. We walked up 3 steep floors to our room, no elevator. The whole stairway reeked of weed. There was a pile of mouse droppings outside the front door. We opened our door to the filthiest place. Clumps of pet hair, dirty linens, unmopped floors, dog pee stains on the couch, etc. We honestly spent an hour finding a new hotel and then left. We never even checked in as the girl said to do it in the morning. I contacted Expedia for help. They also couldn't reach anyone. We went back the next day to tell the hotel front desk what had happened. The girl was very nice and said the manager would reach out. That never happened. It is a non refundable hotel and now I know why. They have zero intention of making it right.

Very convenient clean reasonably priced and private

Appartement is zeer ruim(3 slaapkamers ).mooi zicht op de zee. Ramblas vlak bij langst het water. Het appartement doet mij terugdenken aan de jaren 90 in Spanje. Maar het is er zeer proper voor Spaanse normen . Heel vriendelijk personeel.Buitenzwembad goed onderhouden.

Close to the beach. Wonderful reception staff. Maintenance guy very helpful when needing help with walking frame stoppers. Relaxing area by the pool.

Propreté horrible (canape lit a jeter tâché , le linge de maison avec forte odeur), insonorisation énergisante, (on entant les voisins prendre leurs douches depuis le salon) heureusement que le sejour c'est passé sur la période du 1er mai ( je n’ose imaginer en été). Seul point positif : emplacement a 20 mettre de la plage. Ménage très mal fait (presence de cheveux et poils dans la salle de bain)
