夏場は良いと思うが10月はエアコンが1台で寒い。 設備は値段通りで布団、ベットなどはホテルと比べて安物で、見た目は清潔ではあるが雨の影響で湿ってたので、雨が降ってなければ不快感は少ないと思う。 コンテナハウスなので、海が近く大型船が通るとうるさい。 キャンプ慣れしてる人なら大丈夫かと

キャンピングホテルに、フィレンツェ、ローマでも滞在しましたが、ここはやや狭く感じました。 ただ気になるほどではないですね。 ヴェネツィア本島に行くには、ホテルからフェリーが出てて、一日往復券が大人13€で買えます。 それ以外の方法だと、バスで(本数は1時間に一本程度)で20分ほどかけてメストレ駅までゆき、そこから電車でサンタルチア駅まで行くことができます。 バスは片道1.5€で、ヴェネツィアのヴァポレットの24時間券などを買えば、それを利用できます。

また行きたい。 安くて綺麗。トイレとシャワーは分かれていて非常に綺麗！ただしタオルとアメニティーはなし。 食事も安くて美味しい。 ピッツァリアにて夜は焼きたてピザとビール(他にも色々)、朝は数種類のパンと飲み物が楽しめる。 部屋の暖房も効いていて暖かかった。 ヴェネチアへのアクセスも簡単。 行きも帰りもフェリーに乗ってすぐ。 悪いところはドライヤー無しとWi-Fiが5ユーロかかるところ！ せめてドライヤーは置いて欲しい。

立地については全く問題なく、ベネチア本島へは船で直接行くことが可能。自前のテントやキャンピングカー、キャビンなど幾つか種類があるうち、キャビンに泊まった。キャビンは風通しが悪く、エアコンは当然ついていないため、夏は21時頃までかなり暑かった。また、wifiは弱く、切れることが度々あった。ただ、ランドリーが4ユーロで使えるのがありがたかく、キャビンのベッドもかなり綺麗だった。ベネチア本島のホテルよりも断然お手頃なので、キャンプ好きじゃなくても検討する価値はあると思う。

部屋は日が当たらずジメッとしていてカビ臭かったです。 駐車は有料ですが、ベネチアに車を止めるよりは安いと思います。 キャンプサイトより徒歩5分ほどの場所からベネチアまで船が出ているので、これを利用するととても便利です。

Described as a Luxury Caravan, it was not luxury. It was comfortable and very basic. The amenities we somewhat lacking, no kettle for tea or Coffee. There were no shopping facilities for basic items, bread, milk, etc. I guess as it was winter, the restaurant was always closed. You need to have a car as nothing is near by. The cost of the stay was excessive. The Unit was clean, but stains on the curtains. Comfortable and very basic.

Everyone was friendly, room was clean, and it's by the port so a lot of cool ships coming through, if you enjoy that kind of thing.

Bed spreads and blankets were not clean and I got allergy in my face. Transportation to Venice is limited as there is no proper bus from fusina.

Debimos esperar a los empleados de la mañana para solucionar dudas. Los de la noche no estaban a en disposición para atendernos

Es un lugar práctico si se anda en carro. Sin carro resulta muy costo los traslados al aeropuerto, Venecia, y el personal no es tan amigable para aclarar dudas. No provee paños ( para que lo tengan en consideración) y si desean utilizar la piscina hay que llevar gorro de natación.

It's an okay place to stay with a boat into Venice every hour. You'll struggle in the caravans if you're a light sleeper. You can feel (yes, feel) and hear every movement of the guests in the room attached to yours. Unfortunately for us, we had some very noisy teenagers/20 something's next to us. While who goes where is not real fault of the site, it did leave us a little unhappy with the experience.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Venise.A quelques minutes à pied de l'embarcadère de Fusina. Pass 3 jours Fusina Zaterre ou Alberoni 32€ pr les adultes et 16€ pour les enfants. Les mobil home sont climatisées. Le personnel est très disponible.

We really enjoyed our stay. Was so easy to catch the boat over to Venice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. And we’re happy to help with any questions we had. Highly recommend this for anyone wishing to stay here

Poor location and network connectivity. Very rudimentary and only good option if available at low price.

Reception guy is very nice. We were very late like we reached 12:30 but they r nice and they helped us. It was neat and clean but there was no towels but they already told us abt the towels so we bring ours. Otherwise everything was great. 1st night there was no neighbour and it was quiet but the 2nd day 1 family came they bother us a lot.
