ジャグジーがあったのはとてもリラックスできました。贅沢な時間でした。テレビがついたり、消えたりしました。ホコリっぽいのか、アレルギー体質の夫と娘は鼻水が出てしまいました。 お部屋に電気ケトルがあるとよりよいです。４日間、お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

スパも部屋も広く大変満足できました。

The room was very clean and confortable size, and the hotel was close to station. More importantly the reseptionists were very kind. The best thing I had at the hotel was breakdast. It costs 10 euro, but the price was very inexpensive when I think about its quality. It is better to have big breakfast at hotel and skip lunch!!

チェックイン時に「ダブルルームでご予約ですね」と聞かれたので２Beds Roomでとたのんだら、ロフト付きの部屋を用意してくれました。１階にはシングルベッド、ロフトにはダブルベッドとジャグジー付きのバスタブがあり、デナイザーズホテルといった感の素敵なお部屋でした。ただデザインを重視するばかりにお部屋全体が薄暗いのが少々不便でした。

従業員が非常に親切で快適に過ごせたが、部屋の壁が薄いこと・扉の構造上の問題より、部屋の外からの騒音が大きいのが不快であった。 また、2bedroomといいながら、それぞれの部屋があまりに狭かった。

スパがあるこのホテルに3泊しました。 いつでも入れると思いきや、予約制で当日は無理でした。3時間まで25€ スイミングキャップがいります。4€いるので持参した方が良い。朝の10時から予約しましたがサウナがまだ暖かくなく準備ができていませんでした。ミストサウナ、高温、低温サウナ、そんなに大きくはないがハーブティやプチケーキが用意されていてゆっくりできました。バスローブはぼろぼろでした。 部屋はスリッパはなく、バスローブなし、お水は無料ではない。3€アメニティはシャンプー、ボディローション、バスジェル、ソープとあり、香りもよかった。ドライヤーは押しながら使うので疲れた。夜はジャスピアノが聞けます。歩いて3分ぐらいのポルタピア広場近くには7:00から開いてる市場があります。バス停もありベネチア広場まで17分ぐらい60番のバスに乗ったらすぐです。 近くにコナードありすがあまり品薄かな。 市場周辺にもスーパーがあるので値段はそっちの方が安いです。朝食はミートボールがあったりたまに変化あります。テルミニ駅まで8分ぐらい。歩いて行ける範囲ですが、ちょっと疲れる。スパでゆっくりするためにこのホテルに決めたので市内観光を沢山するならお勧めできないかな。バスでトラステヴェレや市内観光できますが、疲れると思います。 観光中心であれば、駅周辺か目的地の近くに滞在する事をお勧めします。

Todo muy bien solo recomendaría mejorar el buffet en el desayuno,le falta más variedad.

Great outdoor area , breakfast and overall give of the place

outdated, leaking bath, gym very limited and partially out of service, overpriced. Reality is no match for the pictures. Would rate it 2-3 stars.

Hôtel vieillissant, qui ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. De nombreux accessoires sont branlants (tablette du lavabo, pommeau de douche, porte de la salle de bain...) La salle de fitness manque des essentiels: haltères, fontaine d'eau, serviettes?? Le petit déjeuner est très basique. Localisation: un peu trop excentré. Dans les équipements, le Spa relève le niveau.

The hotel is in a good location steps away from Rome Termini. The pool wasn't heated so no reason to advertise it during off season.

Great stay! Awesome Spa! Gym equipment was broken but managed to get a workout with what was available. Room was awesome but No AC and TVs didn't work. Other than that Staff was very nice, professional and accommodating.

Zimmer sauber, 30min Fußweg zum Zentrum , 15-20min zum Bahnhof Termini. Der Außenpool ist benutzbar! Aber sehr kalt! Der Pool im inneren ist nur in Kombi mit dem Spa verbunden! Frühstück gut und ausreichend.

Situation plutôt commode pour se déplacer ( mais loin du métro) Petit déjeuner passable, restauration sans grande fantaisie, je retiendrais l’amabilité du personnel du restaurant du soir. Chambre d’un autre temps, mobilier usé, couvertures avec des fils tirés, baignoire à bulles qui ne se vide pas, miroir de la SDB fissuré, peu de luminosité et l’éclairage est partiel. Service de chambre inexistant : 2 serviettes pour 4… pas de papier wc. Il y a une climatisation mais pas fonctionnelle, 25,7 degrés dans la chambre, obligés de dormir avec le velux ouvert alors que l’environnement de l’hôtel est extrêmement bruyant. Pour une suite junior, c’était moyen… Le spa est payant: 25€ les 3h. L’employée de la réception nous a facturé 30€ de taxe de séjour en plus… heureusement que j’ai été vigilante, je lui ai montré ma facture Hôtels.com, ils ont rectifié mais ne semblaient pas ravie. Pour ce tarif, passez votre chemin, il y a bien Mieux à Rome!

Great experience

We had a pleasant stay at The Building Hotel in Rome. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location is fairly convenient, with public transport nearby and some attractions within walking distance. The area felt safe and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and breakfast offered a good selection. The lounge bar in a converted church with live piano music was a nice touch. The spa is good but requires pre-booking time slots, and swimming caps are mandatory for the indoor pool. The outdoor pool was very cold during our Easter stay. A few minor issues included overly frequent replacement of towels and toiletries, and occasional room entry by staff without waiting. Overall, a solid option for a comfortable stay in Rome with good amenities and welcoming staff.

The Junior Suit is not for everyone. The toilet is downstairs. The round bed it looks interesting but not for me. The jacuzzi is nice.

Good selection at breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. Walls are not soundproof.

The furniture in the room was old and carpet and walls were stained, it didn’t seem clean although the toilet was fine. The service in the reception was very different depending on the staff. We got really good and friendly service from 1 person, and really bad service from 2 others, as they seemed annoyed and bothered. We asked for a band-aid one night as my mom cut her finger and were told they didn’t have, without looking. We then asked again the next morning and the girl was so friendly and got us one. In the evening we had some questions about the check-out and ordered a taxi for the airport early next morning. The guy seemed annoyed and bothered by the questions ( simple ones : how much is the tourist tax, and payment methods) he ordered a hotel taxi and reassured us we could pay by card. The next morning the taxi takes us to the airport and at the end of the trip he asked for cash payment. As I didn’t have cash I told him that would not be possible. Then he just asked me to go to the atm. I refused as I was promised card payment and wasn’t about to withdraw more cash in a foreign currency when leaving the country. Then he asked me to sort it out with the hotel. As I was told he was a hotel taxi I asked him to call them and sort it out him self. At the end we found a solution. But the whole experience with bad service and misinformation just created a very stressful situation.
