Ameneties such as gym and swimming are not inlcuded in my booking through online however, if you book personally at the hotel you get to avail those.

This hotel is highly recommended! We booked for a Deluxe King (1 queen bed & 1 twin bed) and it was very spacious for the 3 of us. The room was also very clean which is a very big factor for me. Altho there was a little noise of wall drilling in the next room during our stay but it 's alright since we went out to the mall. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Thank you, Avenue Suites!

They only gave me 1 pillow. An extra pillow costs 50 pesos per night. Am not happy.

Highly recommended place to stay for a family. We love our stay here. Twice we left our wallets in the room and went out whole day. When we returned our room was made up and our wallets were still intact. Money and cards intact. Kudos to the honest employees.

The room was nice and clean. Staff is also accomodating. The food in the studio are good and affordable. I will definitely book again this hotel in my next visit here in Bacolod.

No food is allowed inside the room. It’s kind of ridiculous. They treat the room like a dormitory... and one thing I hate the most when you checked in, even though I fully paid our whole stay, they’re asking for a 2,000 pesos deposit. Though they waived it for me because I got my eyes rolling when I heard it, but still it’s not good.

the toilet is clogged. the tooth brush and paste are not available in the room, you have to request it from the information which is not good especially for unaware guests.

The room is ok. The place is convenient. But why the need to deposit 2,000 pesos. There isn't any condition when you book at app. I think 2,000 is OA for a deposit. Stayed there for a night only then transferred to another place at citiscape that offers much more but at an affordable price. will never stay at avenue suites again.

The room was nice but not that spacious for a Grand Deluxe. The food is delicious and the staff are so friendly.

The pool is great but very bad restaurant service. we ordered set of food when it arrived there was an additional food included that we did not order even though the waiter already repeated our order.drinks where serve very late when we follow up they put it in our tab again making our order 4pcs instead 2pcs only. next day breakfast ordered again sunny side up egg later delivered a scrambled egg even thought it was repeated by the waiter after the order. A/C was in very bad condition and poor maintenance making it very hot during the night. i don't recommend this hotel..

Stay was good. Room was clean but there were some mosquitoes flying out of nowhere. Location is great..wifi connection was weak. We were told that the pool was open for use at 6 am but we got to use it at 7 since they had to clean it. Which took a whole lot of waiting. Might as well say that it opens at 7. Staff was friendly.

Pros - shower was good, pool okay. Cons: old room, old hotel. Corkage fee for bringing food in hotel room (first time I’ve encountered such in a ‘hotel’. Dark room as there was no window (though expected, still very poor, just convert such room into a stock room). I always book a standard room especially for first time hotel stays as such room will give me a glimpse of what ‘standard’ the hotel carries. Avenue Suites standard is therefore, poor.

The hotel is 16 years old and it shows. The room was in bad condition. Paint stripping off the walls aircon unit old noisy and inefficient. Chair had lots of dirty stain on it, bathroom was old and outdated. Internet had no security and wasn't stable. Breakfast choice was very limited and poor quality. No towels at poolside (had to use same towels from the room) no proper health and safety for the pool, ie no depth measurements, no canopy for table and chairs. The management focus on profits rather than the comfort of the paying guest. I checked out after one night and stayed at Go Hotel it's a fraction of the price with better service and facilities.
