Synes stedet var lidt slidt. Ingen pool, da den ikke var rengjort. Ladestandere virkede ikke. . Cafeteria med sparsomt menucort, og bestemt ikke lækker mad. Men rent og sødt personale

Personnel très aimable. La chambre était propre et confortable. Cet hôtel est un havre de paix. A mon arrivée j'ai pu dîner en terrasse face au jardin. Attention: La piscine n'est pas du tout en état, probablement dû à la période.

La llegada fue traumática. El recepcionista del turno noche no está en condiciones de hacer ese trabajo. No solo no tiene el mínimo de modales apropiados (no responde saludos etc etc) sino que nos advirtió que el “proceso de checkin llevaría mucho tiempo”. A pesar de que pude observar que alguien le dejó ya todo preparado. Era entregar la llave y con calma luego hacer la registration de cada documento. Tan ineficiente que nos tundimos que cambiar en el incómodo baño Del lobby para intentar llegar a la cena que por supuesto perdimos . Nunca me pidió un crédito para consumos al momento del pago total anticipado de las 12 noches (3 habitaciones por 4 días cada una). Cada vez que tomábamos un café en el bar nos exigían pago en el momento . Muy incómodo e poco practico. Mi habitación tenía humedad por todos lados ( ver foto). Lo cual no sería un problema para un hotel de 60/70/80 Eur la noche. Pagamos casi 200 por noche / habitación

Loved our stay. Wonderful staff and location and the bed was so comfortable. My mother said their coffee was the best she ever had.

INCREÍBLE hotel delante del océano! Con piscina y gimnasio, las habitaciones e instalaciones estan super bien y las camas súper cómodas, calidad/precio insuperable! tiene parking gratuito propio y con vidiovigilancia y mucho lugar para aparcar. Mas que recomendable.

Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. But food in the evenings is limited choice with only sandwiches, burgers and salads on offer. and pretty poor quality too. I ordered a chicken salad and was served a plate piled high with dry and tasteless lettuce only with no sign of chicken whatsoever. I sent it back, they never offered to change it and I refused to pay. They accepted that it was not good. They clearly ran out of chicken but why not say so when I ordered.

I loved the outside space beautiful! The pool was lovely as well just a bit cold but the weather was very unpredictable! Loved the ease of getting into San Sebastián by a number 16 bus that comes every 30 minutes. Take a shortcut through the hotel down the hill and the bus stop is there. Loved the friendly bar staff. The breakfast was really good the evening menu was a bit limited but okay. Nowhere to walk to for food in the evening but the view outside was amazing and made up for it!

Hotel was excellent both rooms and outside. Good parking and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and snack bar but was is missing is evening meal restaurant and EV charging points for vehicles

Loved our three mighty break at the Gudamendi. Desk staff so helpful and friendly even helped us fill out confusing paperwork for the emissions zone. Room comfy and spotless, Lovely sea view, breakfast buffet tasty and grounds had beautiful views over San Seb. Only 10 minute walk to the bus stop fire the town or €15 for a taxi. Great hotel, lovely stay

Most amazing hotel. Great staff, rooms were perfect. Big soft fluffy towels. Great restaurant and amazing views of San Sebastian. Stayed 3 nights instead of 1!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato veramente deludente al 100% sono 15 anni che prenoto con hotel.com . Ma questa esperienza è stata la peggiore in assoluto . Non dovreste collaborare con certe strutture. E mi fermo qui …..

This place is a wonderful find with spectacular views, spacious rooms, a very nice bar and kitchen, lots of free parking, and a wonderful front desk staff. Mario Jesus was a great receptionist. Would definitely recommend to anyone
