I rang the bell but there was no response. A kind neighbor across the street called for me. I asked for a receipt but was told it would be given to me tomorrow, but when I checked out, no one was there either. The room was only half-cleaned. The futon looked unpleasant, and there was lipstick on the center of it, where my face would be. It felt gross so I covered it with the sheets. The air conditioning was weak and it was cold. However, it was well-located and easily accessible. Would I stay again? No. An unmanned hotel with no services whatsoever.

I had a really enjoyable stay at The Spot. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Rhodes Old Town but still tucked away on a quiet side street, so it was convenient without being noisy. It was easy to get around Rhodes Town in the evenings, and it also worked well as a base for day trips to places like Lindos, Kallithea and Faliraki. It is very close to the port as well. The hosts were friendly and helpful throughout, including with storing my luggage after checkout, which made my final day much easier. The room was comfortable, clean and had useful facilities such as air conditioning and a fridge, which were very welcome in the Rhodes heat. The self check-in was straightforward too. There were only a couple of very minor drawbacks: there wasn’t a plug socket right by the bed, and the fridge was initially turned up a bit too high, but these were small things and I understand this in an older character property, so this may not be as easy as installing an outlet by the bedside. Overall, I thought The Spot was excellent value, very well located, quiet, and welcoming. I’d happily stay here again on a future trip to Rhodes.

Great location and good value. Roof terrace was closed but not informed of this. They didn't have a key for the room safe. Male staff not friendly, the girl was very friendly and made up for it. Would stay again

Amazing location just steps from the main square & all the action, but still so quiet when you want to sleep. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the whole team for looking after me so well.

Perfectly situated less than 100m from one of the busy squares in the Old Town, but completely unaffected by any noise from the numerous cafes and bars around. The Spot Hotel is basic, with nothing other than the small-ish rooms and courtyard area. Completely fine. I stayed for 7 days and there was housekeeping once. Again, perfectly acceptable. There was someone almost always on Reception if there was anything needed. The Hotel was exactly what I wanted for my first stay in Rhodes, in the Old Town. BUT........ The mattress on the bed in Room 4 is dreadful, awful and terrible. Springs are protruding on almost the entire surface, making it a horrible surface to try to sleep on. I'm very surprised this hasn't been noticed by Management. It would be obvious to Housekeeping that there is something very wrong here, and you'd have thought they would have reported it as a maintenance issue. It was only on Night 4 that I realised it was the mattress which was affecting my sleep so badly. By then I had decided I didn't want the disruption of a room move, had that been offered. So I decided to stay. I did manage to find a fairly narrow strip of unaffected mattress that I tried to stay on during the night, but that didn't always work. In conclusion...... A really well-situated hotel, with a nice calmness to it. However, if you have booked to stay in Room 4, I would suggest you get a reassurance from Management that the issue of the deplorable mattress has been addressed.

An excellent location right in the city centre, just a few steps from a square full of restaurants, shops, and within easy walking distance of the key historical monuments. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room itself was basic, but clean and adequate.

This is a great location for exploring Old Town Rhodes. The rooms use the architecture of the medieval structures, and are decorated to maintain that atmosphere (while still providing 21st century conveniences). Since you're in the middle of the Old Town, you can go out and explore and have a place to take a break in the middle of the day before going out again. Price was extremely reasonable for the location it provides.

Odalar pis, heryer rutubet ve küf içindeydi. Duşta kullanılmış jilet vardi. Klozette bizden önceki misafirin izleri duruyordu. Battaniye yoktu. Oda değiştirdik.

Es waren Haare und Flecken auf dem Bett. Die Dusche war ca. 60x60 cm. Checkin war unkompliziert und nett. Sehr schön gelegen in der Altstadt mit flair.

Staff was fantastic very kind with us coming early and leaving late, they helped us find a pharmacy on Sunday. The room has everything needed and its geolocation is perfect. We would go back!

Stayed in room 5. Loved the rooftop terrace. Great place to enjoy a bottle of wine. Staff is very friendly. Easy walk to the ferries. Can walk anywhere in Old Town from the hotel. Our room was perfect for 2. Stayed 3 nights. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
