駅から近く便利。 見かけは民家だが中身はしっかりホテル。

コンツェを拠点にしてプラショフ等を周遊するために4泊しました。駅前の公園を通り抜けてムリンスカー通りの手前の道を左折して150ｍほど歩くと到着しますが、歩くのは問題ありませんが、舗装の状況が悪いので、スーツケースを転がすのに苦労しました。もうひとつのルートは、駅を出て左に行き、道沿いに歩いていくと正面にペンションが見えてきますので、こちらのほうが近くて、舗装の状況もいいので、スーツケースを転がして歩くのが楽でした。ペンションの扉は24時間施錠されており、チェックインする際は呼び鈴を押してスタッフに開錠してもらいますが、部屋のカードキーを受けっとったら、そのキーで開錠できますので出入りは問題ありません。部屋は値段相応といった感じですが、清潔感もあり、快適に過ごせました。部屋には冷蔵庫はありませんが、コンツェ駅にスーパーがあり、ミリンスキー通りを入って50ｍのところにもスーパーがあるので、不自由は感じませんでした。ここを拠点に周遊旅行するのは立地もよく、コストパフォーマンスも満足できました。また機会があれば滞在したいと思います。

Location was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. We were able to store our bags until our bus was leaving. Unfortunately there was no fridge in the room, even though there was a communal fridge in the kitchen it wasn’t very convenient. The room smelled like someone had been smoking.

It was fine. Shopping close by. Close to center of old town. Didn’t have a lift and had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Difficult for my mother who uses a cane to walk. Would choose somewhere else next time.

Convenient location, staff were very helpful. Check in was easy and room was clean with all amenities.

Prima, pas gerenoveerde accomodatie vlakbij het station. Een groot winkelcentrum op een paar minuten lopen en de binnenstad is in minder dan 10 min te voet te bereiken. 24-uurs receptie. Goed ontbijt voor € 9,00. Een klein nadeel is het ontbreken van een lift. Dit staat echter duidelijk vermeld in de beschrijving. Ook de overgordijnen zouden wat groter mogen om de kamer bij daglicht donker te houden (in juni is het heel vroeg licht in Kosice).

This was our third stay here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They speak excellent English, rooms are clean and comfortable, great shower. Breakfast is wonderful (extra cost €12.50 pp). Hotel is close to bus stop from airport, bus and train stations are within 5 minutes walk, restaurants and shopping are very close.

When I booked the room, the website told me that the breakfast will be extra 6 Euros. But at the reception I paid 9 Euros for breakfast.

The room was alright - very clean and comfortable - and receptionist kindly let me extend my check out, however very disappointed to find out that the room was located above a construction site where work started at 7:30am on a Saturday, with a crane operating directly in front of my balcony. It was not mentioned when making the reservation that there was construction going on, but this should have been stated - if I had known about the construction, I would not have chosen this property as it was unpleasant and noisy.

The place was perfect for our needs. Very difficult to find.

I booked a single occupancy room. Located near the staircase. Given the positive reviews I was expecting a decent room. But the room was tiny and the bed was too narrow and up against the wall. Which made sleeping awkward. The carpet in my room had a burn mark, but the bathroom was very clean My room also faced a construction site, which was noisy during the morning until the afternoon. For nearly 60 EUR a night without breakfast, it was pretty poor value. And regret not paying a little more for either a double room or in another hotel. The single room should be avoided, it is too small and too expensive. No one at reception for checkout, so had to store my suitcase at the train station. Overall I would reconsider your stay here.

A conveniently situated pension half way between the station and city centre. The property was clean and tidy, and provided the facilities as advertised.

The room was spotless and the staff were friendly. The hotel had an absolutely lovely smell to it 😊

Personnel très aimable, attentionné. Très bon séjour. Les chambres étaient très propre et confortable.
