ホテルのレストランはビーチ席を備えています。夕日を眺めながらロマンチックなdinner timeを楽しめました。 ホテルの従業員さん達は、とてもフレンドリーで、気持ちの良い滞在が出来ました。 建物は古く、室内にはティシュペーパーやコーヒーセットはありませんが冷蔵庫はあります。ドライヤーは頼んで持って来て貰いました。 朝食はトーストとジュースとコーヒー。オムレツなどは別注文。 パーキングは路上駐車。ホテルの周りは住宅街で道は暗いですが、ガードマンの方が見張っているようでした。ホテルから歩いて3分くらいの所に大衆レストランが有り、街までは歩いて15分ってところでした。ビーチは波が荒く遊泳する気にはなれませんでしたが散歩には最高です｡ またゆっくり滞在したいです｡

Easy access to the beach. The room was magnificent. Area can get to and from different places with ease. Upon arrival there us refundable deposit. Poor planning on my part for not being aware. No issues at all. Beautiful property and security is great.

This place is magical enjoyed every moment, the early morning beach lounge especially. Service is amazing, rooms are comfortable and clean with good AC. Breakfast was delicious and worth the price.

The location on the beach is really nice. Though the water is rough in general in this area of Puerto Rico. If you are a beach person it's a great place to stay, if you are pool person, consider another property. The check in is late. I got there around 12:00 and was told the earliest a room would be ready is 3:30 (which was earlier than their advertised check in at 4p). All was okay, because they gave me a towel and I hung on the beach and had drinks and good food from the restaurant. I chose the cheaper garden view room, and it was good. Perfectly fine with good water pressure and a mini fridge. I was only there for 23 hours, so as a person coming for a day, I think I would have chose a property with a pool that was a bit closer to the things I wanted to do. However, is your bag is chillin' on the beach, drinking, and eating good food. Stay here, it's def the best location for beaching in San Juan.

Nice place. We stayed in room 6 of the 9 rooms. Comfortable king bed. Updated and clean room with a mini fridge, new wall mounted A/C unit and ceiling fan in the room. Free ice machine downstairs and filtered bottled water dispenser in the hall, that you can use to refill the carafe that's incuded in the room. Nice spot on the beach with communal indoor 2nd floor lounge and a long balcony upstairs and a garden sitting area downstairs. They have an indoor restaraunt and bar that is for hotel guests, only. Good food: we had tacos, nachos and burgers, all very good, a little pricey, but we were conveniently eating and drinking outside on the beach at sunset. Drinks brought to you on the beach. No smoking on hotel property. There's a little gift shop with some beach supplies at the 24 hr. reception desk. Bilingual staff. They provide complimentry beach loungers, beach umbrella and towels for guests. Low beach tables with beach beanbag chairs or high top tables outside on the patio. Morning coffee downstairs, for an extra charge. No coffee maker in the room, though. There's a couple good brunch places and other restaraunts a short 3 to 4 block walk away. Secure side gate with intercom and opened by a guest F.O.B. The direct to beach gate is closed and locked at night. Kite surfing school nearby, lots kite surfers.

My husband and I arrived extra early off of our cruise ship at around 8:30 in the morning. We waited almost 6 hours in the lobby before we were checked in. I was hoping we could get checked in earlier but, their check-in time is at 4 PM.They had our room ready around 2:15pm. That was the only disappointing thing. The staff are wonderful. The coffee is wonderful. They serve food. They have an outdoor shower for your feet and body when you come off of the beach. They have a nice sitting area outside as well. The beach is very rough. It’s not really a swimable beach. There is a sign swim at your own risk. No lifeguards. I consider myself a good swimmer and I would not consider going into the water to swim there. There have been many drownings. We had an ocean view room, which was lovely on the second story. The hotel is in Ocean park in a gated upscale community and walkable to restaurants. Safe to walk day and night and the area is patrolled by officers frequently. Be sure to book well in advance as they fill up quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at Numero Uno beach house. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, from our room we could see the ocean. It's a small hotel so it feels intimate and cozy. Beach beds available for guests, beautiful beach and nice see to swim in. The staff was also AMAZING, welcoming, kind and accomodating. We would come back again any time. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Excellent property on the beach front with restaurant on the property. Not too many accommodations in Ocean Park area.

Great location, as advertised, right on the beach. If you want beach access, including for kite boarding, and a small/boutique type hotel rather than the big and touristy and expensive mainstream hotels, this is the place. Easy Uber/Lyft ride to Old San Juan. Good food at the hotel, plenty of local coffee shops.

Loved the ocean room view! This sits on a beautiful section of beach. There are lounges with umbrellas that are for guests only. The bar has nice drinks and good appetizers. All hotel employees are friendly and attentive. There is no parking but we found parking on the street a couple of blocks away. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. We will be back!

This was by far a great experience. The beach is gorgeous. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It was hard to leave. The food was excellent. We will definitely be back.

The staff were amazing. We had everything we needed for an amazing time on the beach -- chairs, restaurant, bar, patio with ocean view, and Kasalta nearby.
