モダンなデザインのホテルで、とても良いサービスでした。 バスタブ付きの部屋をリクエストするのを忘れていましたが快く変更に対応してもらえました。 ルームサービスが24時間あり、便利でした。 朝食も良かったですが、少し遅くなるとまだ締め切りまでに2時間もあっても食べるものが補充されておらず残念に思いました。 それから、部屋へ繋がるエレベーターはフロントの階で乗り換えるのですが、どの階にも誰でも行けてしまうのでセキュリティが少し心配でした。 22時過ぎに部屋のドアをノックされて驚きましたが、清掃係からタオルが余分に必要かと聞かれて驚きました、広い部屋に一人なのでもちろん不要です。 そうした要望があればこちらから連絡するのでノックはやめて欲しいです。 チェックアウト時の対応も丁寧で、全体としてとても良い印象です

Amaing place to stay. Location is great, right next to Gran Via for great food and shopping as well as the Metro for easy travel.

The hotel is located in a historic building and it has been updated. But the decour is quite poor. The corridors are dark and the room's furniture are quite simple. The reception lounge is furnished with quite strange sofas and no professional design seems to be involved.

It was a delight to come back to the hotel after a week of traveling. It’s still beautiful and comfortable. We added breakfasts this time and they were phenomenal. The staff is awesome, very professional and caring. I especially appreciate William, Lucia and Igor. They are super attentive and welcoming.

Petit déjeuner d'une qualité rarement égalée et je voyage relativement souvent La chambre agréable, la salle d'eau grande mais nous y avions froid. Demande faite à l'accueil mais pas de changement. Nous sommes restés 6 nuits. Pas de double vitrage dans salle d'eau donc aussi très bruyant Nous entendions également le métro, un bruit sourd mais reconnaissable, nous avons travaillé à Paris... Autrement hôtel très bien situé, personnel souriant et très agréable. Je m'attendais à une plus grande piscine, déçue Malgré les quelques inconvénients cités, si nous devions retourner à Barcelone, nous choisirions cet hôtel

Hotel did not have airport shuttle as advertised on hotels.com Self parking which was advertised by hotels.com was $5/hour, should just state valet parking available. Subway runs below hotel that is why they advertise sound proof rooms.

Staff very Friendly and helpful. Room always clean and the breakfast bar was excellent

Nice heated indoor pool, long enough for lap swimming. Excellent central location. Great breakfast. Nice lobby bar.
