ดีคะ ราคาเหมาะสมดีดี ไม่แพงมากสำหรับ one day trip

จนท.แจ้งว่ามี 2 ห้องให้เลือกคือ 1.เตียงคู่นอนที่รร.แต่ห้องน้ำอยู่นอกห้อง(ตอนจองเตียงเดี่ยวมีห้องน้ำในห้อง) 2.เตียงเดี่ยวขนาดใหญ่ มีห้องน้ำในตัว แต่ต้องไปนอนอีกที่ถัดไปประมาณ 100 เมตร อะงั้นขอข้อ2 เตียงเดี่ยวมีห้องน้ำในตัว สรุปคือแย่มากครับ ฝุ่นเยอะมาก ตามรูป ห้องก็คือเอาแผ่นฝาที่เป็นกระเบี้ยงเรียบมาตีกั้นห้อง ข้างห้องเปิดทีวี เข้าห้องน้ำคือได้ยินหมด ไม่เก็บเสียงเลย ใครเดินขึ้นลงหน้าห้อง ได้ยินหมด ดีอย่างเดียวคือไม่มีผี

พนักงานพูดจาสุภาพเป็นกันเองที่พักสะดวกสบายคุ้มราคาใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวดีคะ

คุณป้าบริการดีมากค่ะ ห้องพักสะอาดนอนได้เยอะเลยค่ะ คุ้มมาก ไปดึกคุณป้าก็น่ารักมาเปิดประตูให้ค่ะ

Very nice place and a good location. Inexpensive and the owners were very sweet and helpful. Would definitely recommend for those traveling in Ayutthaya.

ห้องแคบไม่เหมือนในรูป การทำงานของโรงแรมกับเอเจนท์ ผิดพลาด จองผ่าน app แต่พอเข้าพักตอนแรกทางโรงแรมบอกห้องที่จองไปไม่มี booking ไม่โชว์ wifi ช้ามาก แอร์เสียงดัง การบริการล่าช้า การสื่อสารไม่ค่อยรู้เรื่อง มีพี่พนักงานผู้ชาย ที่บริการดี

แอร์ไม่เย็น ไม่สะอาดมีแต่ฝุ่นกับคราบเชื้อราในตัวแอร์เต็มไปหมด ไม่มีความเอาใจใส่ลูกค้า เปลี่ยนห้องไป3รอบ ความสะอาดภายในห้องไม่โอเค ไม่ทำความสะอาดหยากไย่ตามมุมห้องเพดา

ไม่ได้ตามห้องที่กดจองไป พนักงานถามจองมาราคาเท่าไหร่ราคานี้ได้ห้องแบบนี้นะ งงและเสียความรู้สึกมาก

便利で雰囲気も良く、旅行にとても便利です。受付係はとてもフレンドリーで話しやすかったです。

บริการแย่ บ้านพักเก่า ไม่สะอาด

We are 4 Thai costumer. We booked the room. The room from we booked that is not the same from the website. There are several bad things that I get from the hotel. First, the reception staff was not friendly. For example, when I complained about why the room is not the same from the website. Reception staff told us that we wants to Thai costumers to stay in another place. We felt like you separated us. Now it 21 centuries, you should not judge us. We are the same citizens. Second, about updates photo of room. You should update all the room. We go to your hotel that is not the same from the website. It is your position and it is your position. We are not wrong. Third, when we complain you, we expected you to say apologize for us but you never say. You don’t learn how to Dealing with Guests’ Complaint. It is terrible thing. I am your guest . Please don’t decide the things for us. Do Judge other in same thing that you think . I went to every hotels in Thailand. , they never separated us . To sum up , it will make your hotel successful in Business if you learn how to say apologies.

Openly it looked like deserted hostel like ayuthaya ancient city...it was really boring ... I felt I am alone in whole 3-storey building... noone to chat or speak.... but it was ok in term of cleanliness as it was described in web

ตอนไปเช็คอินประมาณ 4ทุ่ม ประตูรั้วก้อปิด พนักงานก้อนอนหลับกันหมดไม่มีแสตนบายรอลูกค้า ไปถึงเค้าเตอร์ปิดไปหมด ตรงต้อนรับแขกน่าจะดีกว่านี้

Value for money. It’s really close to tourist attractions. Baan One Love has this unique vibe that makes you feel so at home. The people manages the place is really good too. They’re willing to help and so approachable. Kudos to your team.

I’ve stayed here twice and it’s always awesome here. Services and it’s employees are the best. Cheers to all. Would definitely recommend staying here.
