Services, such as free filtered water, serving the tea and hot-water bag and so on, are great. Facility is all in good condition and there are variety of good local foods at the restaurant. Arrangement of tour is good, too.

The staff remembered my name. They sand to me in my birthday. I felt very welcomed while I was there. The property is beautiful and spotless, and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely come back for another stay

Everything about this hotel was as perfect as it could be. The staff was exceptional and super helpful in every regard. The location of this hotel is as convenient as it could be without being disturbed by the lively street life of Cusco‘s historic center. We especially appreciated the warm water bottles that were placed into our beds as part of the turn-down service. The hotel truly is a special place!

It’s a very well run hotel. Everyone is very nice and professional. The restaurant is excellent! And the art displays and various garden designs - make you feel like stepping into a museum and botanic garden! Location is perfect! Very pleased with my staying!

Súper bonito hotel y habitaciones, el desayuno que estaba incluido súper completo y rico, el restaurante muy bonito, cenamos dos veces allí y la comida deliciosa. Las áreas comunes del hotel muy bonitas, el personal súper atento. Muy bien ubicado el hotel, caminábamos al centro de Cusco en unos minutos y también en san Blas con muchas opciones de restaurantes y tiendas.

We stayed overnight at the hotel. Everything was great. The bed was comfortable. And the food was delicious.

I could not have been happier with the hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The artwork was interesting. The hotel location is excellent. Everyone we told where we were staying told us that we were staying at the best hotel in Cusco. To provide some more detail: one of us was sick from the altitude. The dining room brought dinner to the room and did not charge extra. I would recommend this hotel.
