総じて快適なホテルでした。部屋の中はとても清潔です。シャワーの出も強く、ベッドも気持ちよかったです。 そして、レストランもオーダーしたメニューがどれも美味しく、空港近くの前泊用に利用したホテルなのでそれほど期待していなかっただけに驚きでした。

早朝の空港へのシャトルバスサービスが4:00amと7:00amの2便しかなく、6:00amのフライトではタクシーを使わざる得ない。

シャワールームのシャワーのガラスドアは内側に開いた方が良い。 スーツケースを置く台が欲しい、部屋のスペースは充分にあるのだから。

El día que llegamos estábamos exhaustos ya que creímos el hotel era el HS HOTSSON POLIFORUM Donde llegamos primero yel personal desde el valet parking y la recepcionista que fue muy amable en decirnos y ubicarnos a Silao donde las recepcionistas fueron muy secas solo se dirigieron sonrisas entre ellas porque a mí contrabajos me miró la que me atendió y me dijo las indicaciones para el ingreso muy seca y como si me estuviera haciendo un favor ya que mi recepción era Europea yo que se de eso lo que me interesaba era descansar y encontrarme con una atención tan fea. Del inmueble nada que decir la habitación excelente y tomamos café rico que estaba en la habitación.

Puedo decir que tienes que agendar un servicio de spa con LUZ ❤️…. es top!

Pésimo su sistema de administración , solo se llegó a dormir ya que al Día siguiente salíamos a las 7 am y aún así quisieron cobrar la persona “extra” aunque en la reservación supuestamente se hizo para 3

I have stayed in 3 Hotsson properties in the area. This one, Leon Centro, and Irapuato. I travel down here for work often. This was my worst experience thus far. The night i arrived, just before midnight i was woken by a fire alarm. It took 20 minutes for it to be shut off. Then, on both Tuesday and Wednesday, i left the sign on my door indicating i did not want room service. This was disregarded and they came in to clean anyways. This last part is completely unacceptable and the reason i will not be staying at this property again. Room 404
