Great house! Great people! Great service!

Don't ever ever ever stayed in this hotel anymore .. Bad services, owner very bad services to customers, the old women bad talk to customer like we are not paid, when we are check in, they don't know what room type and always asking how much you paid for room, till we waiting 1 hour for sure, bad room all lights off, no power elect for charging handphone all power off, very bad smell, noise, again i told you don't ever stay in this hotel.

It is not good, picture is different from reality

Room is great and spacious for the price we paid. TV got 99 channels, no kidding! No daily room cleaning, drinking water have to pay Riel 1,500 for 1.5 ml, hot water is free. Otherwise great location and spot to wander around Phnom Penh, easy access to Central Market, Night Market, Sorya Shopping Mall & bus station to other cities. Recommended.

10 minutes walk to Tonle Sap riverbank and Phnom Penh night market. Generally, good experience

Hostel yang standar, di mana terdapat beberapa kamar tanpa jendela tapi sudah cukup untuk sekadar beristirahat setelah berkeliling Phnom Penh seharian. Sangat dekat dengan mini market bagi yang ingin jajan-jajan maupun menyeduh mie cup saat lapar di tengah malam. Petugas penjaga hostel pun sangat ramah dan informatif.

Overall it was not bad if you are travelling on budget. The location is quite strategic where it's a walking distance to few tourist destinations. The only thing is that the bed sheet and pillow is quite dirty you might need to be aware of bed bugs and cleanliness issue.

Guest ini sangat tua. Kamar yang saya pesan 2 twin bedroom sesuai dengan yang pemesanan, cuma lantai kamarnya kotor. Kalau jam 12 malam sangat ribut. Mengganggu orang yang sedang istirahat, seharusnya diberikan indikasi atau pemberitahuan kalau jam segitu tidak boleh ribut. Dihari terakhir menginap air di dalam toilet tidak mengalir. Satu jam kemudian baru mengalir. Pelayanannya tidak memuaskan. Buat saya tidak banget datang lagi ke sini.

We paid extra $5 for an upgrade room. But it was okay.
