とても綺麗な室内でした。 また、広く、キッチンも付いており(ガス) フライパンや、鍋 カトラリー、ナイフ、、、 冷蔵庫に洗濯機、オーブン、 全て綺麗でした！ ただ、調味料(塩、胡椒)などは無く、(まな板も)自身で持っていくか買うのを忘れないようにした方が良いです。 Melbourneのサザンクロス駅には、 10分程で歩いて着きますし、 立地も良かったです。 ホテルマンの方も優しく、英語がしっかり伝わらない中、ジェスチャーや書き込みで教えて下さいました！ ぜひ、Melbourneに行く際にはオススメしたいです\(ϋ)/!!

余り口コミが無くやや不安でしたが、フロントの応対(英語)も良く、早朝・深夜でもフロントにスタッフがいました。ホテル自体新しくきれいでした。キングサイズベッドに大人二人でしたが問題なくベッドの寝心地もBEST.。バスはシャワーのみの部屋でしたが湯量が豊富で快適でした。キッチンは４口ガスレンジ、オーブン、食器洗い乾燥機、大容量の冷蔵庫とフル装備。何よりもありがたかったのが洗濯機と強力な乾燥機、着替えの持参をしなくても良かったかなという状態でした。ハウスキーピングも毎日ありました。立地としては市内観光のみならずアクティビティへ参加の場合のアクセスも良く楽しめました。とても良かったです。帰りの空港への出発が早朝でしたが、前夜に頼んでおいたタクシーの手配もきちんとできていました。アパートメントホテルは初めてでしたが、気持ちよく日常感覚で旅を楽しむ事ができ家族での良い思い出になりました。

They need grab bars in the shower... I had a fall with only a glass edge available to minimize my descent... which I avoided because I realised it would shatter. The combo of glass, tiles and slippery environment requires some sort of railing or grab bars. Everything else was ok but I wouldn't stay again because of this aspect. Thanks.

Really good all round... Much better than the Oaks in Sydney. Convenient parking ($45 p/night is a bit expensive) and very convenient to the CBD, Southbank and the Arts Centre. Very comfortable and well equipped with enough space for a long stay.

Enjoyed the view from the 33rd floor, particularly sunrise and the hot air ballons floating by. The room was well equiped with separate bedroom, bathroom and good size kitchen/ living. Large fridge appreciated. Washer and dryer neatly concealed in bathroom. Very good value for a Southbank location in Melbourne.

Very friendly staff, close to train station and supermarket. And good food venues near by.

Enjoyed my weekend stay at the Oaks apartment. Great area as it’s easy to access the CBD and south wharf. Staff were helpful and made check in/out very quick

It was suitable for the length of stay, however the noise from the traffic passing outside was very audible. The owners of this hotel would do well to invest in windows that offer better sound proofing.

Rooms were what we needed for a one night stay. One of the bedrooms was so small the door wouldn’t open past the bed. The ensuite was so small the shower door had to open inwards. That was fun trying to close once you were in the shower. Shower soaps were good. It was handy to have a shower cap too. No restaurant onsite. Great location as was walking distance to the restaurants on Southgate.

Was exactly what we needed and expected for a 1 night stay to attend an event

Room is clean and tidy. Kitchen utensils could be improve as the pots and pans teflon coating was worn out and not safe to use. Housekeeping could do better with better training. Bin was clear out but not the waste left next to it. This happened twice.

Cleaning service will serve once a week not everyday.
