とても綺麗な室内でした。 また、広く、キッチンも付いており(ガス) フライパンや、鍋 カトラリー、ナイフ、、、 冷蔵庫に洗濯機、オーブン、 全て綺麗でした！ ただ、調味料(塩、胡椒)などは無く、(まな板も)自身で持っていくか買うのを忘れないようにした方が良いです。 Melbourneのサザンクロス駅には、 10分程で歩いて着きますし、 立地も良かったです。 ホテルマンの方も優しく、英語がしっかり伝わらない中、ジェスチャーや書き込みで教えて下さいました！ ぜひ、Melbourneに行く際にはオススメしたいです\(ϋ)/!!

余り口コミが無くやや不安でしたが、フロントの応対(英語)も良く、早朝・深夜でもフロントにスタッフがいました。ホテル自体新しくきれいでした。キングサイズベッドに大人二人でしたが問題なくベッドの寝心地もBEST.。バスはシャワーのみの部屋でしたが湯量が豊富で快適でした。キッチンは４口ガスレンジ、オーブン、食器洗い乾燥機、大容量の冷蔵庫とフル装備。何よりもありがたかったのが洗濯機と強力な乾燥機、着替えの持参をしなくても良かったかなという状態でした。ハウスキーピングも毎日ありました。立地としては市内観光のみならずアクティビティへ参加の場合のアクセスも良く楽しめました。とても良かったです。帰りの空港への出発が早朝でしたが、前夜に頼んでおいたタクシーの手配もきちんとできていました。アパートメントホテルは初めてでしたが、気持ちよく日常感覚で旅を楽しむ事ができ家族での良い思い出になりました。

Great two bedroom apartment for our party of 3, close to Cbd, mcg, and Southbank restaurants. Good view over the city and surrounds highlighting an excellent stay for us.

Property location was superb. Hotel was clean , adequately kitted out. An amazing stay

Very close to all amenities, trams, trains, rideshare were all nearby. Excellent dining options along the Southbank forecourt. Room was very nice, little dated in some areas but clean and comfortable. Staff were super helpful and polite. Used parking across the road at Eureka and was very easy to transit to Oaks.

Only issue was shower screen leaking leaving lots of water outside shower other then that it was a really good stay this was not my first time staying there and won’t be my last ether highly recommended

There was no hot water for the first 2 days of our stay

Thought we would have parking in the same building and cost was higher than expected. I believe parking costs should be disclosed in the inline booking. The only fault with the room is the bathroom fans were extremely noisy and we preferred not to use them.

The apartment was a good layout, with spacious living room and kitchen area. The location was very convenient to Southbank and all amenities. Unfortunately one toilet was not cleaned which was not nice to walk into, and very disappointing.

The room was clean and functional. The location was great. Staff were great. I needed help with the air conditioning which was very prompt, but it turns out the air conditioner was useless anyway. They need new carpet in the entry. It was very stained. Otherwise everything was good.

Great location and room amenities / facilities. The shower was amazing.

We have stayed at this accommodation in 2025. However it has gone down in standard since then; - this trip we had to change rooms because 1. the dishwasher was broken. 2. the kettle leaked and was a safety electrocution hazard. 3. there were four guests but only three plates and three champagne flutes provided.
