A very classic English hotel with a new renovation. Excellent service. The breakfast is exceptionally good. The restaurant's view is stunning especially during summer sunset.

The room I booked ‘family triple’ was not the room given as apparently only 2 of us were staying, so we were given a small twin. This was due to hotels.com not issuing the hotel with the correct information. Sadly they had no other rooms to offer, so our stay was refunded. Lovey staff in the hotel disappointing result.

Breakfast was excellent we didn’t eat in restaurant at night it was expensive, bed was comfortable and clean every day, internet was excellent had a nice sea view, would go back.

Staff were very welcoming, breakfasts were delicious with a good selection. Very close to the watergardens which are lovely. Excellent show at the Hippodrome as well

A old fashioned hotel doing it properly. Heritage style with excellent food.

As I filled in the check in form online before arrival, the whole process took literally a couple of seconds. The staff were very polite and answered all our questions. We had a set menu dinner at The Terrace hotel restaurant - very reasonable price and top quality food, we had all three courses. Good selection of wine also. Next morning we had breakfast- again, plenty of choice and service

An older building but with all modern conveniences and very welcoming staff. In a great position and all the facilities of Great Yarmouth within walking distance.

The Hotel is inviting and the staff are absolutely lovely, nothing is too much trouble. We had a sea view - stunning, quiet and clean, with a bed that is as big as a boat. Breakfast included and Hubby loved the sausages, great choice, Evening meal and Afternoon Tea, sandwiches and a drink in the bar - all beautifully cooked, presentation excellent. Clipper open top bus stops just up from the Hotel, there is parking on site. Will book again loved it best stay in Great Yarmouth

First time at this hotel for us it is very dated but is spotlessly clean Rooms are a nice size with a very comfortable bed and pillows nice walk in shower We did get woke early by other guests returning early hours opening and banging doors but that can happen at any hotel Great air con heating in rooms Nice breakfast on offer served by great all friendly Staff On the whole a nice hotel and would deffo use again

Great service from friendly and helpful staff, which makes it special. Good location near seafront without being noisy. Room decor not quite to our taste (a bit dated) and the ironwork on the tiny balcony a bit shabby but that did nothing to spoil it for us really. All the important stuff like the service, the food and cleanliness was spot on.

Staff were excellent and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Decor was tired and the carpets needed a goo clean. Comfortable rooms and beds, slept really well.

Lovely position, great breakfast and a very friendly and helpful team.
