Breakfast could have been better but overall good choice. Some guests also had pets. (Not us)

This was my 2nd time staying here. Its clean, and affordable. Ill def stay there again next time im in the area.

Was difficult to find, as this hotel is not visible from the streets around it. Without the car’s GPS we would have never found it! But, the somewhat “hidden” location provides for a very quiet and private atmosphere. Now that I know how to find it, I will definitely stay there again!

Nice staff, clean rooms

Clean and Quiet

Been 2 three of these hotels. All strong in what they do.

The room was clean and spacious. I loved having an almost full sized refrigerator/freezer - super convenient! The wi-fi worked really well in the room. I enjoyed the curtain divider to give some privacy at night (we had 2 kids in the room). Great location - close to the Galleria mall, Target, and restaurants. Shout out to India Cafe - we walked there for dinner - super good. One of my favorite features was the free charging stations for hybrid/electric vehicles. It was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Staff was friendly. No complaints from this family!

Clean, well equipped, great breakfast

The rooms could have been cleaner. There was a lot of black mold along the bottom of the bathtub. Boogers or even a line of smeared poop on the wall by the toilet.

The area was nice but the rooms were outdated and contained a very odd smell. The towels had hair in them.

It was very nice and clean.

Joseph at the front desk exemplified great customer service and he was so helpful. The room was clean and comfy.

Front desk employee was wonderful and very efficient. Our room was comfirtable and clean with one exception. Two dinner plates that were up on the shelf were filthy as was silverware was dirty. There was drued foid on the plates. (Gross) before we left i loaded dishwasher and was going to run dishwasher but there was no soap no dish towel or dish cloth. We have stayed here multiple times and has always been clean so I'm hoping this incident is not repeated.

Sat night clerk very rude. I felt inconvenienced when I came down to ask a question and what was on her cell phone was more important than her customer. Looked up only to tell me no very rudely when I asked for an hour extension on our checkout and then it was back to her cell phone. Managers please teach your customer service people to put the phone away when dealing with a customer. So Rude!!!

Lovely area and very convenient location for food and shopping. Not far from the highway and only a 20-25 min drive to Nashville. Hotel was clean and nice along with staff. Only downfall is that the parking lot isn’t that big.

Very nice property, clean and safe

The place is clean and nice. Had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel.

We loved our stay. The area is very nice. The staff is friendly and competent. We had our dog with us and had no problems. The outside area for animals was nice.

The staff was so nice. The property was clean and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

I really had a great family experience with you all. I would definitely recommend you all to others
