Clean and nice room. Small but sufficient suites for business stay. Stuffs are very friendly. Strong stoms occasionally awaked me up, but on the other days, very quiet and comfortable to sleep on nice bed.

ジャクソンストリートに面しているので買い物や食事が容易にできる。美味しいお店がたくさんあった。バスと電車の駅にも歩いて行けるので、観光の拠点ともなる。 建てられて新しくキレイで家電も使いやすかった。ランドリーに洗濯洗剤が無かったのは残念。

The staff were great, but the room had a few issues: the door hiding the fridge gets really stuck on the carpet and was hard to open, the alarm clock in the room had dead batteries, and despite being advertised as soundproof I could follow conversations in the next room. I also personally didn't use the coffee maker machine, but I did notice it had coffee pods missing when I arrived.

Parking - The parking spots are tight but secure. Parking is $15 a day, but was worgh it in Petone. The room was somewhat dated. The kitchen was a very small kitchenette, but it had a full size refrigerator.

The property and room was clean upon our arrival. Easy to follow after hours check in instructions and prompt responses from staff. Loved the location; easy access to beach and all the shops and bigger stores. Staff was always courteous and helpful. I would recommend staying here. Kitchen, washer and dryer, coffee pod maker and instant coffee, tea, good size refrigerator, cooking utensils and dishes for use, and balcony. Paid $15 per day for parking. Very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen a bit hi-tec for an old luddite like me- took a while to realise how to use most of the stuff!

Very well laid out rooms. Excellent amenity. Lovely staff. This place was ideal for our family stay

Staff is courteous. Everything was clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Only issue is the fridge is quite noisy at its cycle, it vibrates and hisses (yes weird). As a light sleeper, it bothered me.

I always stay here when in the Petone/Lower Hutt area. It is convenient for transport and shopping with many dining options available.

I was really disappointed that the did not provide our room to get serviced. Also found checking in through a phone to be put on hold then to get through the door and have to use another phone only to be put onhold again. This was only 5pm on a Saturday
