Clean and nice room. Small but sufficient suites for business stay. Stuffs are very friendly. Strong stoms occasionally awaked me up, but on the other days, very quiet and comfortable to sleep on nice bed.

ジャクソンストリートに面しているので買い物や食事が容易にできる。美味しいお店がたくさんあった。バスと電車の駅にも歩いて行けるので、観光の拠点ともなる。 建てられて新しくキレイで家電も使いやすかった。ランドリーに洗濯洗剤が無かったのは残念。

There were ants in my room.

Everything was ok didn’t appreciated ants getting into my toilet bag.

This is the 2nd time of staying here in a couple of months. This was because our son had a flat in John Street, so the convenience of Quest was great. It was in walking distance for them & to meet for resturants etc A very comfortable stay. Parking was a bonus too.

I did not get to sleep until after midnight as the "guests" in the room next to mine were using a tumble drier ehich was causong a hell of a noise in my room and reverberating through the wall until 11.30pm and according to the hotel staff member who came to see me, as the hotel provides a tumble drier in the room, the guest is entitled to use it whenever they want?? So by that reckoning i had a tv in my room and so I can play that all night at full volume with no concern about disturbing other guests then. Absolute joke of a response and i checked out early as sleep was not going to be had there. You need to change your policy and NO one needs to be using a tumble drier at thay time of night!! Ps it was dry in Wellington that day so want like they were drying clothes that got wet that day!

The Quest Petone is our go to when we travel down to see family or just have time out. Close enough to the city and other outer lying areas, Petone itself has a vibe all it's own - love it! The Quest is clean, safe if travelling on my own, the staff are awesome - staying here always makes our trip enjoyable.

Tight parking ! Clean and tidy

Great location just off Jackson St - plenty of shopping, dining, supermarket walking distance, can easily catch the train into the city. Be aware that the carpark is very small and you must book well in advance. If you don’t manage to book a space, there is free parking in the surrounding streets, but there’s no easy place to load and unload the car near the hotel (so, a warning if you’re mobility impaired, have lots of bags, or children). We followed someone into the gated carpark to unload, so you may be able to request the front desk staff to do the same and then relocate your car. Room facilities were good.

Would have liked to know more about off road parking. As then would have booked a space

Great location Comfy bed and such a lovely room

I was impressed that our one room unit had a microwave , 2 element cooking hob,a coffee machine as well as the standard Jettle and toaster. The cooking utensil drawer had all you would need when cooking with the supplied saucepan or frying pan. The room and bathroom were beautifully cleaned and the housekeepers I spoke to were very pleasant . Danika was most welcoming upon arrrival making me feel immediately comfortable. I would highly recommend the Quest hotel in Petone. Thank you.

This place is always great!

The door to the pantry that covered the fridge freezer squeezed and dragged heavily on the carpet to where it was a drama having to access anything in the fridge. The mattress and mattress protector were horrifically stained as we found when we were stripping the bed. Having 5 of the House Keeping staff appearing at your door seems a bit excessive/weird, when only having 1 checking if you need service should be sufficient. All we needed was 2 clean towels and I was abruptly asked to return the 2 dirty towels we had before clean towels would be supplied.
