LOCATION 港からはやや離れてます.レンタカーがあるか、電話すれば迎えに来てくれます。 また空港まで送ってくれます スーパーも近くにあります。 FACILITY 大きな冷蔵庫もあり、コーヒも無料です。 小さいですがプール、ジムもありました｡ しかしシャワーを使おうとしたらオーナーから怖い顔で拒否され萎えました ROOM 狭いですが、綺麗ですキッチンも冷蔵庫もあります。 海が遠くに見えますが特にロマンティックではありません。 OWNER 兄弟で経営されておられるようです。 オーナーはこだわりがあるようで清掃等も行き届いていました。 その代わり厳しい方だと思いましたが 他の方はとても親切てした。経営していると色々あるのでしょう。 概ね快適でしたが、まあ普通の綺麗なアパートです。 英語が出来、レンタカーがある人には良いと思います。

チェックイン時に「何時の飛行機？」と聞かれた。空港を利用する人が泊まる宿のようで、レンタカーの貸し出しやボートツアーなど手配してくれる。宿は新しく、プール、ジャグジー、サウナもあり、きれいにしている。部屋は整っているが、ロフトのせいか、狭く感じる。最初、奥の寝室に鍵をかけて開けてくれなかった。予約した部屋と違うというと、二人なのでロフトを使えばいいと思った、と、開けてくれたが、それでも狭い感じがする。 バルコニーから見える海は崖になっていてビーチがないが、Cavtatの街は整備されていて、海水浴場もある。歩いて水着でいくにはちょっと距離がある。車で行くと駐車料金がかかる。夜、近くの飲み屋でさわいでいるのか遅くまで叫び声が聞こえていた。窓は電動シャッターでエアコンもあるので、閉めてしまえば気にならないが。Cavtatは可愛いこじんまりした街だが、レストランの料金が高い。

できてばかりのヴィラです。場所が分かりにくいので、必ず事前に調べていきましょう。近くに遅くまで営業しているレストランもあるので、食事の心配もありません。私がいったときには夜１０時過ぎでも入れました。 お部屋ごとに無線LANのルーターがあるので電波は良いのですが、リセットしても使えないことがありました。オーナーに相談しましょう。 お部屋は美しく快適です。 ドブロブニク旧市街までは１０分ちょっとなので、レンタカーがあれば気にならない遠さです。

First place we stayed in Croatia. Lovely apartment. Balcony. Quiet. Nice enough view, some landscaping/construction going on. A bit of a walk to the wharf area but a nice walk. Host very personable and helpful, lived close by. A very nice property, would recommend.

Splendid apartments. We stayed in one of the Gallery rooms which is situated on the top floor with the bed on the upper floor. Views from the balcony area was gorgeous. The host Irene was so welcoming and helpful. The pool area was immaculately clean and well maintained, plenty of loungers and umbrellas and the hot tub was a great addition but we didn't really use it. There is some construction work opposite which was not in anyway the fault of the owners but the noise was horrendous. It's believed this will be brought to a stop on June 1st and begin again in October. Cavtat is such a charming town this was our 3rd visit to the area. We would definitely stay again, its proximity to the town is ideal and apartments beautiful.

Excellent apartment, the host was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was clean, the pool and hot tub was a great facility. We did not have time to use the gym or sauna.i would recommend and plan to return in the future.

Wow! Such a wonderful experience! The landlords and staffs are very friendly and welcoming. And the view is perfect. Very close to a small supermarket and walking distance to the city center.

Awesome room, comfortable bed, nice pool, AC works great, liked the shower. Definitely would stay here again!

Pretty nice kitchenette, decent space with a balcony. View was pretty obstructed from room 3, boats were being stored and some construction going on, but technically could see the sea. Convenient location within walking distance from the many cute, seaside restaurants, though definitely some hills to walk back up. Comfortable bed and small shower but with good water pressure. Pool was small but looked to be a decent amount of lounge chairs—was rainy when we were there for just a quick afternoon and overnight. Room had AC but I still got pretty warm at night. You check in via a phone downstairs. No issues with noise from other guests!

The owners are great people and very helpful and pleasant. They genuinely want to help and provide the best service. They offered to drive us to the airport if the uber didn’t show at 5am, that’s above and beyond! It is a little bit of an uphill hike from the city below but it’s worth the peace and quiet. They should maybe rent e-bikes for the little journey, just a thought. I would stay here again.

Very clean modern and charming.

Everything was amazing. The hotel owners absolutely arranged everything for me. As it was my first time to Croatia, I really valued the advice and hospitality. Great location and easy access to Dubrovnik via a boat. Apart was clean and spacious and close to the old town for bars and restaurants. Amazing! I’ll be back again soon.

Clean room, great value!

Luka was an excellent host and the room was exactly as advertised. There was some noisy builders works nearby for a few hours each day, but nothing Luka or his team could do about it. Luka very kindly gave us a bottle of fizz to celebrate a birthday.

This was a great place to stay, the room was so nice with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed the pool as well and our balcony.
