全てが酷くてびっくりしました。

朝食サービスの写真が掲載されていたが、実際には提供されていなかった。

地下の部屋だった。 部屋に入った最初の印象が、シャワールーム兼トイレの換気扇の騒音と冷蔵庫の煩さだった。シャワールームの換気扇はシャワールームの電気と連動していて、すぐに電気をオフにしたが、その後３～４分ほど換気扇は止まらず煩いままだった。電気を一瞬でも点けるとその後数分ずっと換気扇が回り、ずっと煩い。 冷蔵庫はすぐにコンセントを外した。 そして何より辛かったのが、シャワールームの悪臭だった。ドブのような悪臭で、それに糞尿の臭いが混じっていて、これが吐き気を催すほどひどかった。恐らく排水溝に不具合があるのだろう。そのため、シャワー、トイレ、洗面台をほとんど使えなかった。 ２日目に外出した際にシャワールームのドアをきちんと閉めなかったため、部屋に戻って部屋中にこの悪臭が充満していて、絶望した。 テレビは信号が繋がっておらず、使えなかった。 このような部屋をお金をとって客に利用させるべきでない。

施設は古いが、２日目あたりから慣れてきます。隣の物音が聞こえるもののお互い様だし、宿泊者同士が気を使ってる感じがあるので特にトラブルにもならないと思いました。 また駅から近いこと、道を挟んだ向かいにスーパーやコインランドリーがあるので比較的便利です。カードキーなので施錠のクセもなく、B&Bにしては泊まりやすい方だと感じました。

This place was very much a budget hotel, which was what I was looking for. I am satisfied with what was there, just enough for a business trip. The TV was not working but I don't need to watch it. The reception was just above my room and the noise was lond and directly heard, but you can become that person who don't care.

スタッフの対応は親切です。 価格は比較的リーズナブルですが部屋が若干狭いです。

地下鉄からは遠いがバス停は目の前にありスーパーも目の前にある。部屋はとても綺麗だった。値段も安いと思う

3人で宿泊しました。ベット以外のスペースが少し狭くてスーツケースを広げると少し窮屈でした。しかし、清潔感のある良いホテルだと思います。朝食については、少し場所が分かりづらかったです。また、スペースも狭めでしたが、美味しかったです。

部屋・・・　地下の部屋でした。けど、かろうじてスーツケース広げれるぐらいの広さです。 ベットは快適でした。シャワーの水圧は高めでしたが最終日の朝浴びようとしたら水しか出ず。夜に浴びた方がよいようです。部屋の掃除は、いつもされていてきれいでした。シャンプー類はあるけど、持参した方がいいです。WIFIは、遅いので期待しない方がいいです。あと、冷蔵庫があります。 建物・・・　いわゆる昔の建物をホテルに変えた感じです。周りに似たようなホテルはたくさんあります。イギリスの建物なので音は響きますが、皆さん夜になるの静かになるので寝れます。 朝食・・・　隣の建物に行きますが、物価の高いロンドンでありがたいです。パンやヨーグルト類があって十分でした。 荷物・・・　無料でチェックアウト後預かってくれます。 スタッフ・　基本不愛想です。インド系のお兄ちゃんは、言ったら助けてくれますが基本構ってくれません。朝食のおばちゃんたちはとても感じがいいです。 エリア・・・　空港まで45分です。近くのハマースミス駅まで、歩いて10から15分ですが途中にたくさんお店があるので歩いていて楽しいです。駅までの途中に大きなテスコがあるのでとても便利です。駅にはちょっとした店がたくさんあり、便利です。（スタバ、マックなど）主な観光地までも20分から30分ぐらい地下鉄乗ったらいけるので便利です。

すぐそばに2階建てバスも通るバス停があり、歩いて500mほどで最寄のゴールドホーク地下鉄駅、1kmほど歩けば都心に30分以内で行け、ヒースロー空港へも1本で行ける4つの地下鉄が交差し利用できるハマースミス駅があります。治安が良く、閑静な住宅街に立地し、ホテルの正面にはコンビニのようなお店があるので非常に便利です。部屋はちょっと狭いですが、湯沸かしポットや粉コーヒーや紅茶、砂糖、ミルクも揃えてあります。鍵はカードキー。朝食は隣のビルの地下でバイキング方式 (ただ3泊中 メニューは毎朝同じでした) トースターもあり、食パンも数種揃っています。当然ですが、ご飯や味噌汁はありません。3人いた女性の調理人の方に頼めば目玉焼きもその場で作ってくれますよ。

Fiyatina göre makul bir konaklamaydı. Ancak temizlik olarak gelişmesi gereken alanlar var.

Very reasonable prices but no lift, very steep steps. There was a strong smell of mold and I repeatedly ran out of water.

整體很差，衛生惡劣。如在夏天時間旅遊，衛生開始會更嚴重。

I enjoyed my stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

I wasn't expecting luxury for the price, but at least something I could watch a bit of TV and have a cuppa, get a decent night's sleep and a shower before going into work the next day. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The hotel had a funky smell on entering, and once in the room, the smell coming from the bathroom was overwhelming. It was a smell of longstanding damp and possible sewage leak. The bathroom itself was tiny, not in itself a problem, but the light barely lit anything up and from what I could see, the shower tray looked dirty. The bedding was clean, but the bed base was dusty. I definitely didn't trust the kettle and cup! The WiFi was poor and the TV connection didn't work well as a result - mostly intermittent picture and pixelated screen. Luckily it was close to Westfield White City so I went there until it was time to sleep, and got up early and went to work early to shower there. I still have the smell in my nose 12 hours later.

Great friendly staff, Clean rooms and warm and cozy

Hotel is located in a nice area, although seems to be on a Main Street between Hammersmith centre and Shepherd’s Bush, which is noticeable at night if the room overlooks it. Numerous cars/motorcycles/buses pass by at all times and sirens from emergency vehicles a lot. Room (quadruple) was ok in size as we were a family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids) 4 adults would be tight, beds are small in size and the mattresses were very soft. Mini fridge in the room was a bonus. You can tell they have tried to update the decor, but not quite finished it off. Bathroom with a walk in shower was mmmheh. No toothbrush holder, sink was old and dated, mirror appeared to have been fixed with silicone round the interior, shower cabinet was old and not built properly, parts were falling off it, shower head needed a good clean and refixed to the wall, toilet flush was new, but moved when pushed showing a gap in the tiling. Room furniture and carpet were dated and damaged or had paint on them from the recent repaint. Lots of places to eat nearby, Sainsbury’s local on the other side of the road for quick snacks or drinks. Easy access to underground/train stations in either direction when you leave the hotel. Didn’t interact with any staff other than at check in. No one about for check out, so just left the room key and walked out. A honest review - cheaper than normal London accommodation, if you’re looking for somewhere to sleep and don’t spend time in the room - good. good location for shows
