Staff are very accommodating. There’s this one scene happened in the middle of the night. A warning message was broadcasted in the room to leave the building immediately because a smoke has been detected. I am about to panic as well as other neighbors. Later they told us someone uses his vape in a non smoking room thus the warning message activated but nothing to worry about as everything has already been taken care of. Got happy when I realize their smoke alarm is very sensitive. The false alarm made the people alert that time. The staff apologize immediately on what happened.

The room is spacious and clean

We can watch the world cup in our room. The services were great and we had great times there.

Staff were accommodating. However, what we didn’t like is the restriction of number of guests that can stay in the room and also use the pool.

The place itself is really great, but what we experienced was really tragic, because after our wedding we have to go back to our room which is currently booked because we extended our suite room that was connected to a deluxe room, we already checked out on the other room because were not gonna need it anymore however we were informed that 1 mug which cost 500 pesos and 2 hangers cost 250 each was missing, we were then informed that we'll need to pay for the missing items, we decided to escalate the issue to the manager on the front desk and we were told that they will work it out, when we checked the room 2 bathrobes is missing, the room was cleaned without informing us about it. And on the next day, they told us that the hanger was found but still the mug is missing and the worst part about the bathrobes we reported to them that we don't have on our room, is the one that is missing now, it was resolved when they noticed that we were frustrated because we thought they are coning us.

It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay for our family. First time at Winford and will surely come back again. Staffs are courteous.

They've got a nice place, a good location but their service really bad! I've already asked the guard to inform the hotel staff to help us with the food that was delivered no one came. Upon walking into the hotel lobby, hotel staffs already saw us but didn't bother to help us and we carried all of that to our room. Most of the hotels we've been always assist us whenever we call for a delivery. Aside from that they always asked us if there's anything else we want. As for the food, we do have complimentary breakfast but as per my wife (I was too wasted to eat that morning) they only have small selection of foods.

Beautiful place at a cheap price

Breakfast is not good. Overall is great. Location is good, just across mall. Cleanliness great. Facilities great.

Relaxing bed and great pillows

This is our second time to stay in this hotel and I must say that everyone in this hotel are warm, accommodating and professional. First time we took the Executive Suite but this time we tried their Deluxe Twin Room everything was cleaned and properly arranged, bathroom was good and clean but no bathtub and bidet (a bidet is a must for us Filipinos hygienic purposes) 1 bathrobe has a big tear on it but room service immediately replaced it with a new one. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful actually but what we didn't like is the temperature in the room it was kind of warm, 26 degrees Celsius day and night to my kids isn't very comfortable so they had a hard time sleeping (also sweating) because they are not used to it, we didn't use blankets during our sleep. I actually wanted to borrow a fan just to make the air more comfortable but I was too shy to ask the hotel. Next is that the water in the bathroom has very low pressure so it took us longer time to finish our baths. Lastly we requested for 1pm check out and told them we'll keep the room clean but it wasn't granted. That could've made up to the inconvenience we experienced during our stay. Lastly it would be better if they'd add more food choices to their breakfast buffet. Overall our stay was okay I love their location also it's beside SM San Lazaro, McDonald's on the same building and a convenience store too. I'm still thinking if we would go back because of the air condition and low water pressure in the room. It wasn't a very good experience for us with kids. Anyways still thankful to Winford Hotel Manila.

I had a pleasant stay. I will visit again this amazing hotel when I have time.
