文句なし。良いホテルでした。

I rarely write reviews this long, but I feel like I genuinely need to warn others before they consider staying here. There was a strong, unpleasant smell of mold that hit us immediately in the room. It wasn’t subtle, it was the kind of damp, heavy odor that makes you question the cleanliness and safety of the entire space. Unfortunately, it didn’t stop there. When we checked the beds, we found visible makeup on the sheets. Not just faint marks or stains that might have been missed, actual makeup, as if the bedding hadn’t been properly cleaned or replaced at all. The most alarming part, however, was the pillows. They had visible mold on them. At that point, it stopped being just an unpleasant stay and became a serious health concern. Mold exposure is not something to take lightly, especially when traveling with a child. There was no way we could stay in that environment. We went down to reception hoping for some understanding or at least a solution, but the experience only got worse. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. There was no empathy, no apology, nothing. Even my son noticed the attitude, which says a lot. When a kid picks up on that kind of behavior, you know it’s bad. We left 15 minutes after checking in. The place looks nothing like the photos. The images are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms at all. It feels dishonest and very frustrating as a guest who trusted what was advertised.

Localização ideal. Próxima de quitandas, padarias e o bairro muito acolhedor.

Breakfast was just bread, but overall its a good budget friendly hotel.

It was wonderful place they were very professional and very friendly people the room that we were staying was very clean and beautiful the cleaning service staff were hard working to keeping clean and nice our room 🤗 I highly recommend this place I really enjoyed to stay at the Epico Recoleta Hotel 👌

La habitación es buena. El internet es malo. El trato del personal hacia el huésped es frío y despota. Me quisieron realizar un cobro por una botella de agua que bebí de la nevera, sin embargo no acepté el cargo debido a que no está establecido mediante algún informe que dicha botella tiene costo. El incidente fue con un recepcionista muy despota quien tuvo un trato denigrante hacia mi al referir que yo no podía pagar el agua. Lo anterior ocurrió el día de hoy domingo 14 de diciembre de 2025 a las 10 am hora Argentina.

Un poco viejo pero amables y bien situado

Es un hotel en muy buena ubicacion. El personal es muy simpático. Sin embargo, hay varios puntos a tomar en cuenta sñmuy significativo: 1. El ascensor es manual de doble puerta y solo cabe una persona con maleta. La puerta en el primer piso tiene cableados eléctrico al intemperie, lo cual es un peligro para cualquiera. 2. Lencería de la cama y toallas manchadas (no estaban bien lavadas) tope de la cama color purpura tambien manchado y con mal olor. 3. En la habitacion solo había un conector pegado de la cama que a la vez estaba pegada a la pared, es decir, no se tenia acceso fácil. 4. El desayuno era 100% nacional, es decir, solo bollería dulces, no había otras opciones que no sean pastelillos dulces, media luna y otras bocadillos dulces. No había ninguna otra cosa, por ende, desayunar en el hotel no era una opción cómoda. 5. Aire acorde estaba remendado con cinta pegante gris, por lo que nunca lo prendí porque tenia miedo. 6. WIFI no funcionaba bien. Por lo que tuve que contratar un servicio de roaming para poder estar comunicanda mientras estaba en el hotel. No realicé reclamaciones en el hotel porque escuché a otros huéspedes con quejas similares.

Staff very friendly, we had problem with the Wi-Fi in the room, signal was very poor. Room was very clean and housekeeping was a plus. Restaurant staff was very polite and very special with us.

instalações antigas, porém muito bem limpas e o atendimento foi preciso. Algumas coisas não funcionam (lâmpadas, tv) mais a internet funcionou perfeitamente. No geral valeu pelo preço pago bastante vantajoso.
