ホテルの環境や部屋の広さ、質問や依頼への対応などスタッフの方々の対応は申し分ありません。しかし、入室以前の部屋の設備や備品の状況チェックが不十分、エアコンやリモコンの調子、電灯切れ、椅子の不具合などがあり忍耐を要しました。5泊目から部屋移動を経験し、連泊のデメリットを感じています。

Svarade nästan upp till förväntningarna. Rymligt rum. Bra läge. Poolen dock ur funktion. Ingen skön stol på rummet. Allsidig frukost, men brödet inte färskt.

Felaktig beskrivning av hotellet . Absolut ej 4-stjärnigt. Gammal inredning, pool ej i bruk. Frukost ok, men knappast för 4-stjärnigt hotell.

Hotellet låg väldigt centralt och vi hade fått en jättefint rum. Det som var negativt var att poolen inte var i bruk, hade läst en tidigare recension ifrån maj att den var sönder då. Väldigt dåligt att inte åtgärdat detta 😡 Tänk om barnfamiljer bokat detta hotell, vad besvikna barnen blir😢

Kaunas on tosi kiva kaupunki. Paljon nähtävää ja mukava, tosi pitkä kävelykatu. Paljon kahviloita, hyviä ravintoloita ja putiikkeja. Hotellin sijainti erinomainen, pari askelta kävelykadun alkupäästä. Ei kyllä 4 tähden tasoa mutta riittävä pariksi yöksi. Parkkipaikka pihalla, hyvällä tuurilla sinne mahtuu. Aamiainen ok, tosi paikallinen hyvässä ja pahassa.

Our stay for 3 nights was very good. Only grumble was they did now have any vegan options at breakfast.

I certainly would not call it BEST, it is an average hotel. There were positives - the location is excellent, the staff are friendly, and I was given a requested more private room (although I did have to follow up as my first email was not responded to). As for more critical aspects - I thought the buffet was limited for non-Lithuanians who are less likely to eat herring or fatty meats for breakfast LOL. The pillows hardly served their purpose. The bathroom light had a mind of its own and was not immediately working. But most strangely, I was asked to pay a City Tax twice. I don't mind there being a mix up but to receive a call at 8.30 pm asking for it is strange. Oh, and I was told NOT TO FOGET TO PAY as if it was my fault. I don't live in Lithuania and don't keep track of taxes. Overall, nothing too bad or positive, but I will not be back.

Perfect location right in the heart of the city.

Rooms are very dated/old and don't look clean. Shelves in the wardrobe damaged. We tried Sauna but it was terrible as it's a dry sauna (i.e. there is no pouring water onto stones). Changing rooms for sauna looked unclean. Breakfast was adequate and staff friendly and attentive.

Pool was under renovation. Two rooms nearby was under painting. For opening the parking gate, calling the reception was needed every time and this was costly with a mobile Sim from abroad. Otherwise that was OK.

The room was quite basic, but also had everything we needed. Warm, and with a reasonable bathroom. The pool is freezing cold! Not a swimming pool. It's a wee dipping pool for after the sauna. VERY cold. Sauna is cool.

L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé et dispose d’un petit parking. Le petit dej est correct mais manque un peu de diversité. Les chambres qui ne sont pas côté rue donnent sur un immeuble abandonné en cours de construction. Prenez une chambre côté rue… Les télévisions ne sont pas connectées mais j’ai bu branché une chromecast. Il y a eu des bruits de plomberie dans les murs ( bruit de goutte d eau dans des tuyaux) très désagréables . Je m’attendais à mieux.

El personal ha sido muy amable en todo momento. El alojamiento está bien ubicado.
