清潔で設備も過不足なく、スタッフも親切で笑顔いっぱいでした。 ほんの2泊の利用でしたが良い思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

フロントではたっぷり珈琲紅茶を使って部屋で楽しめます。朝食も美味しかったです。特にふわふわワッフルがその場で作れました。トッピングもたくさんあり、生クリームチョコレートワッフルを作りましたがお味も最高でした。

wish that breakfast would until 10:30. So many cruise ppl and they don't feel bad shutting the door on you!

La limpieza fue terrible, el cuarto estaba muy sucio y no hacen la limpieza, aunque dice que un día sí y otro no, no lo hacen. Cuando bajé me dijeron que era sobre solicitud. Hice 3 veces la solicitud y solo fueron a hacer las camas y el piso seguía súper sucio hasta que terminé pidiendo escoba y lo hice yo misma.

Other than clogged/slow drains in bath/sink and delayed check-in, the rest was good. Staff was friendly, room was clean and main bed was comfortable.

Quick stay before a cruise. Clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast included. Nice shower. Dinner next door at Marriott Hotel was easy. Walking distance to Walgreens, banks, fast food. Elevators slow in morning so plan accordingly when you leave.

It was conveniently located and for the money was what was expected. There are so many options in Miami with so much character and class, next time we will do something different.

Great hotel

Estuvo muy limpio todo en la recepción fueron amables y rápido lo único que pagamos 40 dólar por parking y eso no lo decía en la aplicación pero todo lo demás estuvo genial el desayuno también estuvo genial y decente la habitación muy limpia. lo único que le pregunté algo a la House Keeping y no nos quiso contestar y se me hizo feo, pero creo que porque no habla inglés. En ese momento le hablé inglés y como que nos contestó rápido y cerró la puerta son pienso que no es de muy buen agrado para los huéspedes.

I have reply your email with check in instructions asking to provide the Keys to my mother who was arriving erlier than me, she is 77 years old and came with a 3 yrs old and my father who is handicap and nobody arbthe front desk belles them. They waited for two hours at the lobby!! That is unacceptable

El estacionamiento tiene costo de 40dlls por dia , ten cuidado si pasas del piso 5 se cobra doble , hay que pedir q se haga la limpieza si no no la realizan .el desayuno bien aunque si bajas tarde no alcanzas nada.

Excellent, well maintained

I expected this hotel to be top tier based on the other reviews! Honestly, it’s cool. Convenient to say the least. No too far from the shopping center. Like a 10 minute walk. Lots of food places. Location is definitely good. Don’t get me wrong, the hotel isn’t “dirty” or run down, but it could use a little extra TLC. It’s like house keepin does the bare minimum. Oran stains on the pillow (looks like food, but didn’t use it to be on the safe side). We had no wash clothes at all. Usually hotels give you pen and paper, and the one time I needed a pen, I had nothing. Lol. The shower still had long blonde hair in it and it clearly wasn’t mine because I am an African American with locs. Nonetheless. We sucked it up, because we were only staying one night, however, Just be careful when booking.
