水漏れにより電気系統がショートしたため別ホテルに行く様連絡を受けた。同じグレード、非常に良いホテルと言われたがトンデモ無いダウングレードであった。結果としてこのホテルには宿泊できず、スリランカの素晴らしい旅の唯一の汚点となった。なお、宿泊代は返却してもらっておらず、ホテルズコムからの謝罪もなし。

Chambre belle sur photo mais manque d’amour et d’entretien. On a commander à la chambre et cela a pris 2 heures se faire servir. Nous avions réservé une chambre deluxe et ils nous ont pas donné la bonne chambre (chambre moins luxueuse) et ils ont même pas voulu nous rembourser la différence.

Spændende hotel som gerne vil se meget moderne ud. Det falmer dog lidt, da der mangler en hel del vedligeholdelse. Personalet er til gengæld meget imødekommende og yder en god service. Udsigten er meget imponerende, man skal dog se bort fra alle de hustage der er lige udenfor vinduet. Maden er rigtig god, både morgen- og aftensmad. Virkeligt store portioner til en fornuftig pris.

This property is beautiful! Quiet and the views are to die for!

It was good for our needs. Stayed one night to visit the main sites, we walked into town (mostly downhill) and tuk tuk back. Pool had great views and Sri Lankan breakfast was good.

A good property. Very reasonably priced for what you get.

Half the electrical sockets in the room didn’t work, especially the ones buy the bed, the WiFi was terrible & the tv wasn’t working.

The staff was very accommodating and made our stay really pleasant. The only complaint i had was that the bathroom fittings were leaking and there were some stains on the bedding which caused us to get the staff to be called multiple times

A good hotel and with very good staff Jamil in the office always with a smile and a pleasant answers to the all question and very helpfull. We had good time there and highly recommended.

The food and the view were amazing, but the service was disappointing due to a lack of respect and politeness.

The place was well looked after, but not close to town. The staff were great. Only complaint would be the breakfast was not a buffet. You had to order it the day before. This is not a reflection of the hotel but a lot of monkeys. Do not leave anything outside. My aunt had a top and make up bag stolen. They can open doors as well. Must leave your balcony door locked.

L’hôtel n’est pas entretenue depuis très longtemps cela ne vaut pas son prix. Il y a 4 ou 5 ans cela devait être très bien mais tout est abîmé. Salle de sport inutilisable.

Wow what wonderful view

Très bel établissement. Situé à moins de 5 minutes du centre-ville, l’établissement est au calme. La chambre est spacieuse et très bien équipée. La piscine est très agréable. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible.

Requested French toste with half boiled egg. Seated at 8.35am with order being placed. Did not get my food for over hour. They served full boiled egg instead of half boiled egg without French toast. I returned the egg and asked to serve with French toast. They took over 90 minutes to serve a simple breakfast request. Chef informed me Manager Mr Thuwan has changed my meal plan without my consent as a measure of cost cutting to maximise profits. This is shameful as new manager and chef put profit before customer service and served Mw with easternn breakfast which I have not requested. Please avoided this stingy hotel and I will never ever Ginna visit this view360 hotel ever again.

Buenas relacion calidad - precio. Muy bien la piscina tipo Infinity pool en la planta alta. Habitación muy limpia, con cuarto de baño completo y perfecto. Vistas espectaculares y cama cómoda. Smart TV y nevera. servicio de habitaciones. No está en el centro de Kandy, pero llegas allí en tuk tuk por 300 rupias (- 1€). El trato del personal muy bueno, serviciales y colaboradores en todo momento. Un 10 en su categoría. ¡¡¡Ojo con dejar la ventana del balcón abierta!!! Por las mañanas os visitan los monos.

Location was very remote so transportation was an issue. The restaurant was almost non functional and whatever we requested was not available or out of stock. The night reception staff was terrible. We wanted to book airport transfer but this staff never communicated with us and so we had to frantically run about to arrange alternative transport. We tried calling the reception several times but no reply.

There was great views from pool on top. Quite away from town

Value for money. Nice pool. Up the hills in Kandy with a great view and only a 2 usd tuktuk ride to Kandy center. Staff did their best
