It was all great. The staff were helpful and pleasant.The breakfast was all good. No complaints at all.

Pros: Breakfast, room size, mini fridge, location, shuttle bus.  Cons: We arrived at 4:45pm and our room wasn’t ready. I’ve never seen that before. Luckily another employee stepped in and gave us another room. Rooms are becoming dated and falling apart. Hallways as well. Mattress was uncomfortable. No A/C. Walls are very thin. We were woken up early mornings due to the cleaning crew outside our door. Signs all around the hotel and rooms remind you of the rules. It made you feel uncomfortable.  Would likely not stay here again.

Large, clean, updated rooms. Rest of hotel dated. Very difficult to find parking.

Hotel was lovely, great location and staff are attentive and friendly. The shower was a little dated but the rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotless! Breakfast was nice, breads/pastries were slightly stale.

Lovely hotel friendly staff stored my luggage until room was ready. Great food. Even though they have 2 bars with live music and the arena next door, the rooms were far enough away not to hear anything bhai I would definately come again

Very pleased with the room, comfy bed, good walk in shower, and lovely balcony with mountain views. As we had had a long day we decided to eat in the hotel in the bar. Service very slow to start, menu was very poor choice. Had to resort to a soup and chowder but both were good. Dessert choice very poor. Breakfast very good although a little too chaotic for my liking. Overall a good stay and will return but would eat elsewhere

The view from our balcony was nice.

We chose this hotel because it´s close to National Park and bike rental. We had great experience. Room and bathroom were really big, clean and nice looking, comfortable bed. The hotel is huge with lot of amenities. Breakfast was great and hotel staff is was very nice. 100% would stay again.

Unexpectedly good

Very nice comfortable accommodations. Furniture in room could use an upgrade, but clean and comfortable.

Very convenient location to access the Gap of Dunloe, and a good starting point for many of the tier-1 attractions around the Ring of Kerry. Muckross House, and Torc Waterfalls are only 10 minutes away, and ladies view are only about 30 minutes away.
