匂いがきつかった

Great views and clean, comfortable rooms. Courteous and helpful staff.Great location for shopping and restaurants. Everything is perfect.

I’ve stayed here before and it was pre pandemic. Now they charge to park on their property $40 or $25 in the garage. They also get sold out so it’s first come first serve. The block is nice but don’t cross the streets into the other areas and be in before dark. The staff was friendly but super chill and on their phones. We got into our room and noticed a mosquito on the wall which my husband killed. Then we opened the curtains and shade and some fake eye lashes were stuck on the window. Hair on the shower wall and when we pulled out the coach we found aunts. I called front desk who immediately moved us to another room. Much cleaner but the floor creaked and was bumpy. Not sure if it was water damaged. Breakfast was decent and the bar host was very friendly. Not sure if I’ll be back to this one unless I get a goo cheap deal. Not worth the almost $300 a night PLUS parking.

The room was spotless. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome. Not many hotels have the variety and good selection of things like salsa for the eggs and toppings for the oatmeal. There was plenty of space to relax all around the lobby area with tables and couches and lots of windows. This location is near a small outdoor upscale Mall which gave us a place to visit.

Location was fabulous, staff were fantastic, room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Parking garage is offsite but nearby. Only negative was elevator at parking garage was out of order when we were checking out so had to lug suitcases, etc up to second floor.

Clean room, good accomodation.

The room was clean and spotless and the front desk staff were very pleasant. I also enjoyed the breakfast served in the morning.

Courteous staff, quick check in and found the room super clean.

Excellent customer service. Woman that worked at the front desk was extremely helpful and supportive with last minute changes due to weather cancellation of our train

The room given had a leaky roof and bucket in the floor. We had to inform the front desk, show the pictures and then got the room changed. Other amenities were ok, breakfast was good.

Everything was great except a woman (manager?) in the cafeteria (Kitchen) was not friendly during the Sunday breakfast probably because we took a little longer time to chat with our cousins who were also staying in the same hotel. She snapped at us and ordered us to return/place the plates/utensils to the bin where they keep the used/dirty plates until they wash them… It was a little disappointing to get snapped at… Other than that it is a great hotel: clean, amenities, like the gym, courteous staff….
