プールでプールタオルを貸してくれと言ったらIDカードが無ければ貸せないと激怒された。なぜ、ホテルの従業員に怒られなければいけないのだろうか？ 旅行でこんな不快な思いをしたのは初めて。 絶対にもう使わない。

清潔感があるホテルで、スタッフの対応も良かったです。シャンプーと靴墨はあるけど、歯ブラシがないです。

Hotel is centrally located in town and a short walk to the Malecón. Also a short walk to several great restaurants. Roof top pool and bar provides great refreshment on a hot day.

The food was amazing. Lots of daily varieties rooms are clean. Staff are attentive and willing to go out of their way. Great location. Although price increase significantly from a year ago still worth it. Feels safe.

I had such a great experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly hospitable, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant, and I truly felt valued as a guest. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again in the future.

Muy buena ubicación y servicio!

100% recomendado, el desayuno estuvo muy rico, el personal muy amable y atento. Muy buena ubicación, está a 8-9 minutos caminando del malecón. Cuenta con estacionamiento lo cual hizo más fácil escoger esta ubicación. Muy buen servicio en el área del bar de la alberca.

We travelled in Mexico for 2 1/2 weeks. Hotel Catedral was by far our favourite hotel. It’s modern and immaculately clean. It is centrally located 3 blocks from the centre of the Malecón. Directly across from an old Cathedral and a little plaza/park. It’s easy to get to and they provide underground, secure parking with generous stalls. The staff are amazing and super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The rooms are fairly spacious and the beds are the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept on in Latin America. It was perfectly quiet and we didn’t hear a noise. The air conditioning worked really well. The curtains blacked out all sunlight. The showers were large, lots of hot water and there was even a retractable line to hang wet swim wear. They provided free bottles of drinking water everyday. There is a pool and cocktail bar on the 4th floor overlooking the Cathedral next door. The included breakfasts were buffet style with a large selection and they changed up the selection everyday. They even provide beach towels daily if you like. Value wise, it would be hard to beat. I honestly can’t mention one thing that we would improve in our 4 night stay. Wonderful!

Nice hotel with attentive staff and a delicious breakfast. However, it is a very noisy hotel . We switched rooms one time and still heard lots of noses not necessary from the street as we stayed there from Monday to Wednesday when it’s quite . The noise comes from inside the hotel . It sounds like someone is dragging furniture around, banging or drilling during the day and till late at night . I do not recommend this hotel if you are hoping to get a good night of sleep .

I loved the hotel. The free breakfast was authentic and delicious. The staff was great. The room was clean and air conditioned. The location was perfect 👌.

Conveniently located close to everything. The staff was genuinely nice and helpful and property was very clean ! No gym … that was a miss! We had a medical emergency and had to leave 2 nights earlier than expected but the hotel only agreed to reimburse us for 1 night. That was just unjustifiable and certainly disappointing. Not going back there !!! If you don’t honor your guests you will not get any loyalty…. Make money short term to lose it long term.

Really close to el Malecon, many coffee shops/food spots by the hotel. Staff was friendly and breakfast was really good!
