市街地にあり、買い物にも観光にも便利、バス停や観光案内所や湾内クルーズの発着場所もすぐと場所は申し分ないのですが、週末に加えて丁度フードフェスがあっていて、人がとても多く、しかも広場側の二階の部屋で、パブが夜もうるさく眠れませんでした。観光シーズンは要注意かもしれません。掃除はきちんとしてありました。朝食はまあまあでした。地下にプールとジムがあり、雨でも運動できます。

クラシックな拵えを保存しつつ改装しているので快適。ところどころに歴史を感じさせる設備が残っていて嬉しい。これで冷蔵庫があったら満点。スタッフはとても親切で品格のある英語で受け答えしてくれます。バーはリーズナブルな料金で客層が穏やかな方ばかりでとても居心地が良い。

The room was clean and the staff were very pleasant. Parking is a 2minute walk from the hotel

Yes parking was fine and we did nit have a hot tube

The hotel was very good, however the pool and gym need to be refurbished.

Breakfast was good parking not so good

Hotel mit unglaublich viel Charme direkt am zentralen Platz von Donegal Town. Parken geht super einfach auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz 50 m entfernt für tagsüber 30 cent pro Stunde(2026). Pool mit Dampfbad gut nutzbar.

Location was good and room was a nice size. The decor was a little dated but overall nice stay in a very central location and close to food and pubs.

The hot tub was great. The staff was amazing. I had to bring water to the room every night for the morning. I think that is a thing, though, in Ireland.

Beautiful hotel we got a upgrade with lovely views, hot tub was a plus, i left my banks cards behind i was contacted and they keep them safe until i got them

Typical type of hotel for Donegal! It’s seen better days, but it’s part of it’s character

I had a a river view but was placed in a street room, When I went down to see about this the lady behind the desk was very helpful I could tell they where sold out so I said I would take free breakfast which they accomodated. However the room was right out side the bar which was like an out door concert from 1pm - 3pm the police did nothing. Breakfast was good and staff helpful in the restaurant

Hotel staff really friendly,rooms a good size and spotlessly clean.We ate in the bar the food was delicious and the service fantastic.The live entertainment was great.The breakfast was tasty and again the staff were lovely.A fantastic hotel and would highly recommend.

The lady on reception was lovely, friendly. I asked for a quieter room and was immediately changed. Great hospitality.

Room was very basic not 4 star as advertised. Hotel needs a full refurbish. Did not sleep as lots of banging and loud talking from other guests. Could not fault the staff as they were very good.they Staff were good
